NEW MUSIC DROP: Korean R&B singer Dean collaborates with London band PREP for "Cold Fire"

Some funk to get you through the rest of the week. The four member band PREP from London, has premiered the title track from their upcoming EP, "Cold Fire," featuring R&B Korean singer Dean, and it's a throwback to the sounds of the 70s and 80s.

According to The Line of Best Fit, "rose-tinted disco rhythm" propel the track "which is held together by handclaps and unabashed riffing."

In an Instagram post, PREP gives a shout-out to Dean on backing vocals, and producer Pomobeats for a "fire synth solo." Check out the single on SoundCloud below. The EP "Cold Fire" drops on May 4th, and the band will be heading out for a mini Asia tour starting May 20, in South Korea.

Fans still have questions about ECÂF after the release of Ruel's new single & MV - "Face To Face"

Drake and Jack Harlow shoot music video during The Kentucky Derby for song "Churchill Downs"

On the eve of the 148th running of the Kentucky Derby, Louisville native and rapper, 24-year-old Jack Harlow dropped his new album- "Come Home the Kids Miss You." The project hit streaming sites on May 6th, one day before the May 7th Derby at the Churchill Downs horse-racetrack in Louisville. Harlow's album includes the Drake-assisted song "Churchill Downs," in which the two rappers share lyrics of introspection before Drake wraps up the more than five minute track with... H1GHR MUSIC fans have more questions after label drops compilation single - "BRB"

H1GHR MUSIC returned with a new compilation single and visual on July 27. The title for the new song-- "BRB," is an acronym for "Be Right Back." The track produced by GroovyRoom and Cha Cha Malone, includes arstists HAON, Sik-K, TRADE L, BIG Naughty, pH-1, PARK HYEON JIN, JAY B and Jay Park. The song includes the lyrics: "We'll meet again after looking around" and "H1GHR gang, no label, issa la familia." Fans are commenting under the official music video for the song, saying the lyrics are sad and appear to suggest an ending or hiatus. The new release comes just days after rapper pH-1 deleted his posts on Instagram and after H1GHR MUSIC announced the departures of rapper Sik-K and GOT7 singer JAY B, after the expiration of their contracts. Prepix has worked on a number of dance projects and videos with entertainer Jay Park. British singer Jay Sean has released the official music video for his new single "With You," featuring Gucci Mane and Asian Doll. The 25-year-old South Korean rapper dropped her mini-album "Rued" on November 7th, with a music video for the song "Very Rare" featuring Avec Plaisir. Truedy has received criticism in the past for her performance on 'Unpretty Rapstar.' She was accused of copying South Korean-American born rapper Yoon Mi-rae's style and flow.
