NEW MUSIC: Phoenix and the Flower Girl - “Guillotine” ft. Phoenix Troy & Paloalto

From across the way, audio and visual duo Phoenix and the Flower Girl in London and Tokyo, have teamed up with South Korean hip-hop label, Hi-Lite Records founder, Paloalto, for a new track, “Guillotine.” The melodic single hit streaming sites on November 30. Phoenix and the Flower Girl consist of British rapper, vocalist and producer Phoenix Troy, and artistic director, Flower. Their new song, produced by Hoost, dropped with a lyric video (by Karim) on YouTube. Hear the raspy vocals and rap of Phoenix Troy and Paloalto's smooth English/Korean flow below... Concert Watch: Show Me The Money 777 - khip-hop artists to tour in North America - Nafla, Loopy, Mommy Son, Nucksal and Deepflow with Stage Session

Artists from this year's South Korean hip-hop program, Show Me The Money , will hit the stage in early 2019, for a six-city North America tour. Beginning January 23, you can catch rappers Nafla, Loopy, Mommy Son, Nucksal and Deepflow in Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Houston, New York and Toronto, thanks to Stage Session. Nafla (from MKIT RAIN) won Show Me the Money 777 (SMTM777), with his labelmate Loopy, as the first runner-up. Mommy Son became this season's viral contestant. Deepflow and Nucksal (of Vismajor Company (VMC)) were producers on the show. Stage Session is a division of KPOPME that specializes in hip-hop, R&B and ballad artists instead of kpop concerts. New Music & MV: Hitting up Loco and GRAY for a "Late Night"

It's three in the morning at AOMG in South Korea, and hip hop producer artist GRAY and rapper Loco, are ready to hit up some people for a "Late Night." The two labelmates dropped the official music video for their new track, "Late Night," on November 28. It's fun and colorful, and includes cameos from fellow labelmates Woo Won Jae, CODE KUNST, ELO and DJ Wegun. The release comes after the recent announcement that Loco will join the military in February, as a conscripted policeman. According to the Korea Herald ... Loco will enlist in the military on Feb. 7, 2019, according to AOMG. The rapper will receive basic military training at the Korea Army Training Center in Nonsan, South Chungcheong Province, for five weeks, and continue his service at a local police station. New South Korean R&B: Goopy - "Lazy"

South Korean artist Goopy just wants to chill. The singer dropped his first single, "Lazy," on November 26. The R&B track was produced by H1GHR MUSIC's Thurxday (aka Mokyo). On the song, Goopy's soulful vocals ride on smooth hi-hat percussion beats, which change out for an ominous end. You can find the release on streaming sites. Check out the Apple Music preview below.

SONG OF THE DAY: Jay Rock - "WIN"

Sometimes we need a little push in life to get us to the top. That's where rapper Jay Rock's song "WIN," from his summer 2018  Redemption album comes in. With booming horns throughout the track, it has just enough hype to make you want to go for it. "WIN" was pre-released as a single in May, with a music video. The track and visual includes ad-libs from fellow Top Dawg Entertainment (TDE) labelmate, Kendrick Lamar. Directed by Dave Meyers and Dave Free (of The Little Homies), the music video also includes cameos from TDE artists SZA, Ab-Soul and Isaiah Rashad. Since that drop, he's released more visuals for his album, including the official music video for his track "For What It's Worth."   It hit YouTube on Nov. 7. New Music & MV: KARD rapper BM moving on with - "Better Myself"

From the streets to the studio, rapper BM (aka Big Matthew), from kpop group KARD, is moving on from a broken relationship, in a new self-produced Korean/English solo track - "Better Myself." The visual for it dropped on YouTube on November 23, with the song also uploaded to SoundCloud. The Los Angeles born artist also recently wrapped a project collaboration with South Korean choreographer and singer, ZSUN, for the dancehall EDM single,  "I'm On My Wave."  Check out his new music and video below.

NEW MUSIC: South Korean R&B singer - £.vıewƶ - "Don't"

R&B singer £.vıewƶ from South Korean crew Poison Holyc, has a new song out. The artist uploaded "Don't" to SoundCloud on November 21. It includes his smooth vocals on melodic R&B hip-hop beats. The track is produced by fellow crew member Nap!er. £.vıewƶ is an artist with Sony Music Entertainment, who debuted two years ago. He's uploaded covers of songs to Instagram, and has several collaborations with other South Korean musicians. He dropped the tracks "EASY" and "Cross Line" in September. NEW MUSIC: Raz Simone - "Dancing With My Heart"

by Nefertiti Jenkins Seattle rapper Raz Simone, shares the wisdom of children, with his latest single "Dancing With My Heart." The Antwon Vinson co-produced track hit music platforms on November 20th. Simone, an artist with international label H1GHR MUSIC, is also CEO and founder of the Seattle based music company - Black Umbrella. Raz Simone is a lyricist and is known for his raw talent. According to Simone, "Dancing With My Heart" is the first song off his upcoming album, which will be his largest body of work to date. The new single begins with the voice of a toddler counting, and then a child who says: Love cannot be broken, because if you stop loving someone, then you never loved them in the first place. That's not true love. When the beat drops, we hear Simone's raspy voice as he sings to a love with conflict. "Dancing With My Heart" follows the October 31 release of the dramatic horror music video for his track "Family Films.&

NEW MUSIC & MV: Rick Bridges - "Deuces" (Feat. PUNCHNELLO)

With a serpent at the table, South Korean rapper Rick Bridges, from Romano Blackwood crew, dropped a sleek cinematic visual for his latest release, "Deuces," on November 19, with Triple Entertainment. Fellow South Korean rapper PUNCHNELLO, stars in the movie-like video as his collaborator, spitting out lyrics with a quick flow. Both are heavy hitters-- skilled in their delivery. Rick Bridges' debut single, "Outro" hit streaming sites earlier this year, in February. PUNCHNELLO (of Club Eskimo crew) debuted in 2016, with the three-track single "Lime."   Check out their new visual and track below. New Music: "BLOO IN WONDERLAND" (feat. niahn & nafla) & "I'm the one" MV

Rapper BLOO from MKIT RAIN‏, has returned with his second mini album. "BLOO IN WONDERLAND" (featuring niahn and labelmate nafla) dropped on November 19, with an official music video for its BIG BANANA produced track "I'm the one." In the visual, BLOO (with a melodic flat electric delivery), has taken on the character of a man in an intimate relationship with a beautiful woman. The song, as well as other tracks on the EP, include partial lyrics in English. The mini-album also includes the pre-released single "Take me" (feat. nafla). The label he's with, MKIT RAIN, is a LA based hip-hop label, with artists who create South Korean content. BLOO, released his first EP, "Downtown Baby," back in 2017. NEW VIDEO: Gérald Toto - "Away Alive" to a place of self-discovery

by Nefertiti Jenkins Sometimes an escape to a barren land can be the cleansing the soul needs. French-Antillean artist Gérald Toto takes us to such a place, in his latest music video. Shot in Tunisia's Tozeur desert, the official visual for his song "Away Alive" dropped on November 15. The soothing track over African drums, is from Toto's recent solo album - "Sway," which hit streaming sites in October. The album includes acoustic folk, jazz, soul, pop and blues. Born in France in 1967, the 51-year-old artist has West Indian roots. His parents are from the Antilles. South Korean dancehall/reggae/hip-hop choreographer and singer, ZSUN, dropped her second single on November 8th, titled "I'm On My Wave," featuring rapper BM from kpop group KARD. The song is a moombahton-dancehall EDM track, and it comes with a sexy video of ZSUN and dancers in Jamaica. Saudi Rapper Leesa Returns with a Sweet Café Flow

Rapper Leesa made headlines around the world, back in June, when she dropped a hip-hop video celebrating the end of a ban on female drivers in Saudi Arabia. Well now she's back with a sweet video promoting Ewan Café in the country. And although the video (which hit YouTube on November 15), advertises an establishment, that from the visual, seems to offer delicious desserts and coffees, it also highlights the skill Leesa has when it comes to spitting rhymes. She's good, really good, and could possibly rap about, just about anything. Check out her flow below.

Jitomo and Lil Cherry leave WEDAPLUGG RECORDS

Just a month after the release of her video "Mona Lisa," featuring Jito Mo, for Wedaplugg Records-- trap artist Lil Cherry and fellow artist Jitomo, are now both out from the label. We Da Plugg Records, run by South Korean rappers Giriboy and Swings, announced the departure on social media on Nov. 16. Artists who are still with the label are: Jhnovr, YUNHWAY and producer sAewoo. This is an announcement from We Da Plugg. Jitomo and Lil Cherry will no longer be a part of the label. Although we were disconcerted from the sudden news, both had reasons to leave and we send them in peace. Nevertheless, the agenda for We Da Plugg will not change. We sincerely thank our fans and supporters.

NEW MUSIC: Ja Mezz is inspired by 'The Pink Panther' in new MV - "Pink is the New Black" (feat. SALU)

Move over orange, pink is now the new black. South Korean rapper Ja Mezz, from Grandline Entertainment, dropped a fun and colorful visual on November 14th, to go with his new trilingual (English, Korean and Japanese) track; "Pink is the New Black," featuring Japanese rapper SALU. The music video begins with a piano sample of The Pink Panther theme song, and then shows Ja Mezz with pink dreads, as the private detective, who spits braggadocious lyrics about fashion and trends, but also touches on politics. Avatar Darko's new MV includes scenes from H1GHR MUSIC U.S. tour - "Everywhere We Go" (feat. Jay Park, Sik-K, Woodie Gochild, pH-1, Jarv Dee, Ted Park & Raz Simone

During the final concert stop for the H1GHR MUSIC U.S. tour earlier this year, co-CEO Jay Park announced that they were going to shoot a music video. The concert was held at The Showbox in Seattle, WA on May 8th. Excited fans gathered around as rappers Sik-K, Jay Park, Woodie Gochild, pH-1, Jarv Dee, Ted Park and Avatar Darko delivered their verses in front of the camera, with Raz Simone, adding a H1GHR gang spiritual vibe. Shot and directed by Harry Clean (Paradice Avenue Souf), with photographer Jordan Nicholson, the music video shoot was for Darko's song "Everywhere We Go." The single, produced by H1GHR MUSIC's WOOGIE, dropped on streaming sites on November 15th (EST), with the official music video released on YouTube. Check it out above.

NEW MUSIC & MV: "Drunken Tiger X : Rebirth of Tiger JK"

The end is here for "Drunken Tiger." South Korean hip-hop legend Tiger JK dropped his 10th and final album under the name Drunken Tiger on November 14. Titled "Drunken Tiger X : Rebirth of Tiger JK," the project consist of 24 tracks and six skits, featuring a multitude of South Korean artists including his wife, Yoonmirae and their Feel Ghood Music labelmates (the label he founded); Bizzy, Junoflo, Ann One and MRSHLL. It also includes hip-hop rapper Dok2 of Illionaire Records, kpop rapper RM of BTS and more. Drunken Tiger is the name of Tiger JK's hip-hop group with DJ Shine, which debuted in 1999. DJ Shine left in 2005, but Tiger JK continued releasing new tracks under Drunken Tiger. The music for his last album under Drunken Tiger, is a mixture of the sounds from the '80s till now. NEW MUSIC & MV: Dynamic Duo - "Hemi's Room" '북향 (feat. OHHYUK)

South Korean label 'Amoeba Culture' founders, Dynamic Duo, have returned with a new single. On November 12, Choiza and Gaeko dropped a mellow tune with a music video titled "Hemi's Room ('북향 )," featuring OHHYUK. The two have been a part of the South Korean hip-hop scene for close to two decades, dropping their debut album ("Taxi Driver") as Dynamic Duo, back in 2004. But it's been since 2015, since the two have put out "Grand Carnival," their last full length album. Currently, the artists are sharing their hip-hop skills as rap mentors/directors on the MBC survival show; "Under Nineteen." The program aims to find the next idol stars, and also has EXID‘s Solji and R&B singer Crush directing the vocal team. Jae Min Bang, aka a.mond from South Korean hip-hop crew KIFF CLAN and label AMOEBA CULTURE, has dropped a new smokey visual. The music video for "Me In," featuring R&B singer Chancellor, hit the 1theK YouTube channel on November 9th, as part of the soundtrack for the YouTube Premium subscription Original series  Top Management . The groovy track is produced by AOMG's GRAY. The song is from Top Management' s fictional kpop group S.O.U.L and their self-titled debut mini-album, which is currently available on most music platforms. Check out the new video below.

NEW VIDEO: Jennifer Lopez & Bad Bunny drop hot new collab - "Te Guste" official MV

by Nefertiti Jenkins Jennifer Lopez and Bad Bunny have brought the sexy island vibes, from a tropical paradise, in their steamy visual for their new track "Te Guste." The official music video hit YouTube on November 8th, and as expected, Lopez looks good, as she shows off her toned body. The 49-year-old singer/actress had previously teased the Latin-trap R&B collaboration and visual. The song is entirely in Spanish, with the title translated to "You Like" in English. The "Jenny from the Block" star was born in 1969, in The Bronx borough of New York City, and has Puerto Rican parents. And 24-year-old Bad Bunny, was born in 1994, in San Juan, Puerto Rico.  Bad Bunny has been teaming up with a number of stateside artists recently. NEW MUSIC: St. Louis rapper Smino brings his own style - in sophomore album - "NOIR"

by Nefertiti Jenkins  St. Louis rapper/singer Smino is one of a kind. The artist has a unique sound that stands out from a crowd of where just about every other rapper, from around the world sounds the same. Smino, combines hip-hop with funk and soul, much like André 3000, from hip-hop duo Outkast, but spins the influence to include mumble rap. Sometimes you don't understand what he's saying on his tracks, but you still feel the vibe of his music. On November 8th, Smino dropped his sophomore album, "NOIR," bringing all of the above elements together (and more), in a full length project, which includes the previously released guitar jingling single of "KLINK" and the track "L.M.F," with all of its Lion King references. NEW MUSIC: Truedy - "Rued" EP with "Very Rare" MV featuring Avec Plaisir

Seven new tracks from 'Unpretty Rapstar' season 2 winner Truedy. The 25-year-old South Korean rapper dropped her mini-album "Rued" on November 7th, with a music video for the song "Very Rare" featuring Avec Plaisir. Truedy has received criticism in the past for her performance on 'Unpretty Rapstar.'  She was accused of copying South Korean-American born rapper Yoon Mi-rae's style and flow. Yoon Mi-rae has a South Korean mother and an African-American father. Truedy talked about her similarities to Yoon Mi Rae in a 2016 Soompi magazine article ; She's a musician that I really like. NEW MUSIC: Owen Ovadoz & LeellaMarz - "Gold Pearl" ("It's Ok" & "Don")

Another collaboration drop from Owen Ovadoz and LeellaMarz. The rappers released their double single "Gold Pearl" on November 5, with the tracks "It's Ok" and "Don." Ovadoz is from the label MKIT RAIN and LeellaMarz is from Wayside Town. They received production help from Illionaire Records' The Quiett, along with others. This drop, in Korean and English, follows the October 30th release from Ovadoz of his double single "Movie Character," with the tracks "Leon" and the melodic "School Of Music," featuring Leellamarz. 1. New Video Drop: WOODZ - "Meaningless"

He's been making a name for himself as a rising artist in South Korea. Singer/rapper WOODZ released a video for his latest single, "Meaningless," on November 3rd. The visual, on the 1theK YouTube channel, shows WOODZ at the mic, as a camera zooms out. He begins his song as a whisper, but gradually transitions to a sweet falsetto. The artist got his start in 2014, as a member of the Chinese-South Korean boy group - UNIQ. Born Cho Seung-youn, WOODZ, once promoted his solo activities under the stage name Luizy, but then changed it to his current moniker. He's worked with AOMG producer/H1GHR MUSIC co-CEO, Cha Cha Malone, on at least two R&B tracks; "Pool," featuring SUMIN, and "Different," which hit streaming sites earlier this year. He also collaborated with Korean-American rapper Flowsik on the single "Recipe," back in 2016. Check out the latest music video from WOODZ below.

NEW MUSIC: Huckleberry P - "Whatever"

Lyrical flow over melodic beats. South Korean rapper Huckleberry P dropped a double release on November 2nd, titled "Whatever. " It includes two tracks; "Whatever" and "Wave," featuring Stella Jang and Bassagong. The songs were produced by Glowingdog, Paul Kyte and Humbert. Check out the Apple Music preview below. New Music: DUMMIE gets deep - in new EP - "CAFE BLEU"

DUMMIE (also known as Dumbfoundead, aka Jonathan Park), has been on the hip-hop scene in the U.S. for more than a decade. Known for his battle rap skills, the Argentine-born Korean-American rapper dropped his latest project, "CAFE BLEU," on November 2nd. The EP shows the depth of the Los Angeles artist. He's been around. A veteran in the game, whose reflective lyrics on the mini album connect with fans dealing with the ups and downs of life. Beginning with the first track, "CAFE BLEU THEME," a place to go when you're feeling broken down, to "WASHED," where he feels his age. NEW MUSIC: Kris Wu drops debut album - "Antares"

The long-awaited solo debut studio album from Chinese-Canadian hip-hop artist Kris Wu is finally here, and it delivers. "Antares" dropped on November 2nd on streaming sites. The 14-track project includes pre-releases featuring American artists Rich The Kid, Jhené Aiko and Travis Scott. The sound on the album goes from trap to melodic rap. Once a member of boy band EXO, the entertainer has come a long way from his days of kpop. They are long behind him. This is Hip-Hop, and Kris Wu is making his mark on it. Song of the Day: PREP - "Don't Look Back" feat. Shownu & So!YoON!

Ahead of their upcoming international tour, London band PREP, is dropping their third EP, Line by Line, on Friday, November 9th. As a pre-release, the band dropped the lead single from the project on October 25th, titled "Don't Look Back." On it, the London four piece are assisted by Shownu, lead singer from kpop group Monsta X, and by So!YoON!, of Korean indie band Se So Neon. Known for their butter-smooth productions, the musicians deliver woozy, after-hours groove on "Don't Look Back," with a smooth guest verse from Shownu along with So!YoON!'s classy guitar. The song is about the realization that you're not the only person in someone's life. PREP's previous EP, Cold Fire (released in May), featured a guest spot from Korean R&B singer DEAN (alongside Anderson .Paak collaborator Pomo and Kitsuné's Reva DeVito).
