New Video Drop: Jeremy Quest - "Work" and "Episode 2"

In less than a week, khip-hop rapper Jeremy Quest from New Wave Records (B-Free's label), has dropped two new videos on YouTube. The latest, uploaded on Feb. 28, is called "Work," and was directed by Sui Film / Team YAYA. The retro visual features the young artist bragging about his experience in the rap game ("you can not forget") and shows off his young model looks. The second video Jeremy Quest dropped, "Episode 2, " (with Charity) was released on Feb. 23, and could've been shot in China. In the description under the video, it says Shanghai Oct. 2017. It seems to pick up his adventures from his previous video called "Halloween". The lyrics are a little deeper than "Work," beginning with "lately I felt so lost." Concert Watch: Jay Park, Hoody and pH-1 To Perform In Hawaii

Global superstar Jay Park is once again taking artists from both of his labels out of South Korea, for a concert stop overseas. According to Digs Hawaii, R&B singer Hoody (from AOMG) and rapper pH-1 (from H1GHR MUSIC) will join Jay Park in Hawaii at Neal Blaisdell Concert Hall on April 1st. Tickets for the "Above Ordinary Hawaii" concert go on sale on March 5th at the Blaisdell Center and Ticketmaster. Prices range from $59 - $140. There will also be a Meet and Greet. Those tickets are $125. KHip-Hop Concerts In Europe - Penomeco, Punchnello and Millic

The Cult of Ya has done it again. In early February (2018) they were responsible for bringing Jay Park, Sik-K, Hoody and DJ Wegun to London. Last year they were behind shows with even more South Korean artists, like DPR LIVE, Dean and Zion.T. Now, The Cult of Ya has a new khip-hop treat for European fans. On Feb. 23, The Cult of Ya announced it would be bringing Penomeco, Punchnello and Millic (representing Fanxychild and Club Eskimo crews) to Europe. The three will be in London on May 13 and in Paris on May 14. Tickets go on sale Sunday, Feb. 25 at noon local time. For more information check out The Cult of Ya website here. GOT7 Releases Dates and Cities for World Tour

We now know the dates for the GOT7 World Tour. Fans of JB, Mark, Jackson, Jinyoung, Youngjae, BamBam and Yugyeom will be able to see them live on stage in 17 cities. The kpop tour kicks off on May 4, in Seoul, and then goes to Bangkok, Macau, Moscow, Berlin, Paris, Taipei, Jakarta, Toronto, Los Angeles, Houston, New York, Mexico City, Buenos Aires, Santiago, Singapore, and wraps up in Hong Kong on Aug. 24. GOT7 originally announced the tour in early February, but officially released the dates and locations on Feb. 21. (Update 7PM 02/21/18 - SubKulture Entertainment has announced that it is one of the partners for the shows. Other partners include MyMusicTaste, Noix Entertainment, Ninshi Conciertos and Pop! Goes The World!)

Back On The Schedule - H1GHR MUSIC Showcase Venue and Date at SXSW

  SXSW has updated the schedule for the H1GHR MUSIC showcase with Jay Park once again. It now shows again that Jay Park will host H1GHR MUSIC at The Main on E. 6th Street (in Austin,TX) on March 17. Back on February 10, the organization had posted the venue and date for the label, but then deleted the venue and date information later that day. The South by Southwest Conference and Festivals runs from March 9-18. Check out the updated schedule on the SXSW website here.   

New Video Drop: Rich Brian - "Cold" (Official Music Video)

Rich Brian (or Brian Imanuel) has done it again. Blowing away music fans with a new release. This time it's the visuals for the track "Cold."  The music video shows the young Indonesian rapper skating on ice. When's the last time you've seen a rapper at an ice skating rink? The unusual artistry is perfect timing. Rich Brian and 88rising dropping it, as the world watches the Winter Olympics in PyeongChang, South Korea. "Cold" comes from Brian's debut album "Amen." In the description under the video, there's a special thank you to American figure skater Jimmy Ma, who blew up on social media after a hip-hop performance. He performed to "Turn Down For What" by DJ Snake and Lil Jon during the U.S. Figure Skating Championship last month. Check out Rich Brian's new music video on the 88rising YouTube channel below...

Jay Park Concert Documentary To Be Released On Wednesday, Feb. 21

Fans will soon be able to take a more in-depth look at the Jay Park "All of Me" experience. According to AOMG, a concert documentary will be released on Jay Park's official YouTube channel on Wednesday, Feb. 21 at 7 p.m. (KST). AOMG dropped a teaser video for it on social media on Feb. 19. In it, we see practice sessions, and we hear Jay Park say the concert is a wrap of what he's been doing over the years. Last month, Jay Park held his "All of Me" two day concert event on January 20 & January 21 in Seoul, with the first day titled after the album "Everything You Wanted," and the second day titled after the album, "Worldwide." CONCERT WATCH: San E & Mad Clown North American Tour

South Korean hip-hop artists San E and Mad Clown are teaming up for a multi-city concert tour in the U.S.  According to Eventbrite, Mad Clown is originally from the Chicago area, and San E grew up in Atlanta. Their "We Want You Tour" kicks off in April, with singer Sobae and DJ Juice. Ticket information can be found on the White Mountain agency website here.

BRIT Awards - Window Closes Soon to Vote

English singer/rapper J HUS has been nominated for three BRIT awards, and the window to vote (for at least one of his nominated categories) closes on Friday, February 16. The "Did You See" artist is up for Album of The Year, Breakthrough Act, and Best British Single. On Twitter he's pinned a tweet that says; "Vote for your Ugly Boy to win a BRIT Album, Single & Breakthrough." The 38th BRIT Awards will take place on February 21, with performances from Justin Timberlake, Dua Lipa, Ed Sheeran, Foo Fighters, Sam Smith, Stormzy, Rita Ora, Rag’n’Bone Man and Jorja Smith. CONCERT WATCH: Tickets on Sale Feb. 16 - for Final Bruno Mars "24K Magic" Tour With Cardi B

If you missed him the first time around, your chance is coming again, to see Bruno Mars on his "24K Magic" Tour in North America.  The Grammy 'Album of the Year' winner has extended his concert stops with new dates and cities. On this final leg of the tour, the singer is bringing with him, rapper Cardi B. The two collaborated on the remake of his song "Finesse," which included a 90s throwback video for the track (as a tribute to the show "In Living Color").  Bruno Mars' tour originally started back in March of last year, with stops all around the world. This new stretch, will begin in Denver, Co in September, and end in Los Angeles, CA in October.  Tickets go on sale, Friday, Feb. 16 at noon, local time through Live Nation .

It now shows again that Jay Park will host H1GHR MUSIC at The Main on E. 6th Street on March 17. Just Jerk Crew Performs During Winter Olympics Opening Ceremony

We're only two months in, and 2018 has already been a good year for Just Jerk Crew. They are the featured backup dancers in the official music video for Jay Park and Yultron's "Forget About Tomorrow," and they just recently announced the opening of their new dance academy in South Korea. The popular urban dance team from Seoul, has been making moves together since 2010, and has even competed on America's Got Talent, season 12. Now, the group is getting even more international recognition, after performing live during the Opening Ceremony for the Winter Olympics in PyeongChang. The group has shared a clip of the performance on Instagram, and some of the members have even shared behind the scenes group photos. "All The Stars" from Kendrick Lamar and SZA - A Must Watch

It's just days before the release of the soundtrack for the movie Black Panther, and Kendrick Lamar has dropped the music video for his single with SZA from it, called "All the Stars."  Lamar curated the soundtrack, and before you buy it, (it's out on Friday, Feb. 9), or before you see the film, (which hits theaters on Feb. 16), you have to see the visuals for "All the Stars" on YouTube. It's beautiful and starts off with Lamar, in a boat floating through a sea of people, and then features SZA dancing through a galaxy of stars that held the shape of Africa. We see beautiful children, men in suits, dancing and women with traditional African attire. The entire visual is stunning and powerful, and at one point we actually see Lamar walking through a forest surrounded by black panthers. The music video was directed by Dave Meyers & the little homies. You can check it out below.

Justin Timberlake Expands "The Man of the Woods" Tour - Adds More Cities

Just one day after his Super Bowl halftime show performance in Minneapolis, and after the recent release of a new album, Justin Timberlake has announced that he has added European dates and more stops in North America to his The Man Of The Woods Tour . The extra dates come after an already sold out first leg for his shows. Timberlake will tour Europe after the first North America stops, then will tour North America again in the fall, and again in January 2019. The European part of the tour will kick off on June 22 in Paris and there will be 16 stops, including London, Amsterdam, Stockholm, Copenhagen, and Berlin. The Man of The Woods Tour has already sold over 450,000 tickets.
