Jay Park drops performance video for new song "Thoughts Of You" feat. pH-1 & BENZO

Multilingual artist and businessman Jay Park has released a new single with Chinese and English lyrics. Park dropped "Thoughts Of You" featuring pH-1 and BENZO on April 28, with a performance video on YouTube featuring his MVP (More Vision Project) dance crew and rapper pH-1 also busting a few moves.

The new song follows the rollout of Jay Park's chart-topping song "GANADARA" on March 11, featuring South Korean singer and actress IU. Park released a performance video for that song on April 24, featuring MVP and HolyBang. The video dropped one day before his 35th birthday on April 25. The release of the new music comes under Park's new label/company MORE VISION, which he announced on March 2, while successfully launching his new soju brand WON SOJU and after stepping down as CEO from AOMG and H1GHR MUSIC.

Rapper Dok2 talks about working with Jay Park and G-Dragon (from BIGBANG) in Ep. 31 of "Fun With Dumb"

Illionaire Records co-founder Dok2 is a pioneer in the South Korean hip-hop industry, but he rarely gives interviews. Lucky for fans, the rapper sat down on two separate occasions recently to talk about his life and the rise of hip-hop in South Korea. The first interview was for the March 7th face to face with rapper Snacky Chan for Chan's YouTube series - "Undergod." The second was for American rapper Dumbfoundead's March 20th (ep. 31) podcast of "Fun With Dumb." During the podcast, Dok2 provided a mini-history lesson for anyone interested in South Korean hip-hop. Beginning with his early rise, the rapper says he's been making moves in the industry since 2002 when he was 12-years-old. British singer Jay Sean has released the official music video for his new single "With You," featuring Gucci Mane and Asian Doll. The Jamar Harding directed visual dropped on April 1st, and in it, there's a lot of booty. The video shows girls in bikinis and balaclavas riding down the road on two-wheel scooters. Yultron and Jay Park release EP collaboration & MV - "On Fire"

The music is always good when Jay Park and EDM DJ/producer Yultron link up. They've been throwing out hits together for the past couple of years. Their popular track, "Forget About Tomorrow," currently has more than six million views on YouTube. That visual dropped in January of 2018. Now the two are promoting an EP, titled "On Fire." Their latest collaboration hit streaming sites on August 30. An official music video was also released, featuring the two, for the title track, another electric dance number. Their second song on the mini-album, "West Coast," was pre-released in July. The new EP has a total of four tracks. It includes features from Sik-K, pH-1 and Haon.

Representing That Caribbean Vibe: Tainy - "LENTO" feat. Sean Paul, Mozart La Para & Cazzu

Puerto Rican producer Tainy has rounded up Jamaican heavy-hitter Sean Paul and newer stars Mozart La Para from the Dominican Republic, and Cazzu from Argentina, for a pulsating dembow/dancehall jam titled "LENTO," which hit music streaming sites, along with a music video on January 31. Mural of Rapper Dumbfoundead Vandalized

The iconic mural of rapper Dumbfoundead painted on the side of Catalina Liquor in Koreatown in Los Angeles, has been vandalized-- that's according to a social media post from the artist. A picture of the vandalism, shows letters spray painted across it. On July 16th, Dumbfoundead thanked painter Joseph Yun Lee and Catalina Liquor on Instagram for "wanting to keep the mural up as long as they did." The mural was originally painted for the rapper's 2016 music video "Murals," a visual off his "We Might Die" album. Last year, he tweeted that he was getting a least one tagged photo a day from fans who had taken a picture in front of it. Dumbfoundead is now asking fans to send pictures or videos they had taken in front of the mural to muralsforever@gmail.com or tag him, so he can use the images in a video.
