Another big project drop from South Korean producer DJ SOMDEF. The beat maker released his 9-track album - "MorningMare" with a visual on December 13th. It features some of South Korea's top rappers including Kid Milli, JUSTHIS, Paloalto, GIRIBOY, ODEE, Sokodomo, CHANGMO, Tommy Strate, Dok2 and Double K.   Japanese artist Miyachi has teamed up with global star Jay Park, and singer Bryce Hase for a track and visual off his new album "WAKARIMASEN." The official music video for their song "MESSIN" hit YouTube on July 3rd, the same day as the album release. In the visual, Park steals the attention of two young women from Miyachi, who picked the girls up at a club somewhere in Tokyo. With a deep husky voice spitting bars and delivering melodic flow... Indigo Music's Young B brings the heat in his first full-length album titled "Stranger." The South Korean rapper dropped his project on February 16 with a visual for one of its tracks; "REVENGE," featuring 210 and Kuzi. Other featured artists on the album include: The Quiett, Yunhway, C.Jamm, JUSTHIS, Skinny Brown, Homeboy, Swings and Dok2. Standout tracks are "Junky" and "Chess." On the way home from work, if you need something to chill out with after the stress of the job, hit play on the debut album from electro-soul duo MIKNNA titled "Escape." The Los Angeles duo dropped their project back in January, and it's more than just hip-hop and R&B. During a recent Fun With Dumb podcast with rapper Dumbfoundead, they called their visuals/theme for it... retro-futurism, with influences from the 80s. Listen to the Apple Music preview below.

The new visual from H1GHR MUSIC's South Korean trap artist Woodie Gochild, includes a feature from Hwasa of (kpop girl group) MAMAMOO. Hwasa has previously collaborated with AOMG's Loco, for a sexy duet called "Don't." On the new music video from Woodie Gochild, "Cotton Candy," it's Gochild who keeps the spotlight when he breaks out his dance moves, doing (at one point) what looks like the Gwara Gwara , a South African dance. The mv is part of the August 24 release of the singer/rapper's first mini album #GOCHILD, which includes eight tracks, with several pre-releases including "Let's Get It" (featuring Jay Park and Dok2), "Roll Cake" (feat. ZENE the ZILLA), and "Muse" (featuring Jay Park and Sik-K).  

His rise to fame came with the controversial trap track "It G Ma," (feat. JayAllDay, Loota, Okasian and Kohh). Formerly from Hi-Lite Records, South Korean rapper Keith Ape, has announced that his first EP will be dropping in August with 88rising. The Cohort (crew) member, former viral sensation, is now back on social media, after deleting his posts in 2017. On June 23, 2018, he tweeted on Twitter and posted on Instagram, the announcement about the August release, and also shared a picture taken with Nas and A$AP Ferg at the Valentino SS19 Fashion Show in Paris, France. Per media reports, Rapper Nas was one of Keith Ape's inspirations for getting into the rap game years ago (with the 20th-anniversary re-release of "Illmatic"), and he's worked with A$AP Ferg in the past, for the remix of "It G Ma," which the original version, was controversial when it dropped back in 2015, because of its likeness to OG Maco's "U Guessed It....

In the 'Behind The Scene' video for the song "Demolition Man," uploaded to the AOMG YouTube channel, AOMG co-CEO, Simon Dominic, says he had been going through a hard time for a while, but working on that track was a "healing time" for him.  You can never feel my pain. You can never feel my pain. The powerful song, "Demolition Man," featuring Kim Jong-Seo, ends on a jazzy note, and is a track on the new studio album, "Darkroom: Roommates Only," which hit online streaming platforms in a surprise move for fans, on June 15. The album is the first for the artist in three years, since the release of the hip-hop EP "Won & Only" in 2015.  This new work of art, is mellow and groovy.
