NEW MUSIC DROP: Lady Leshurr - is On Her Way with New Single "OMW"

It may not be what fans are used to hearing from her-- Lady Leshurr singing on a hot island vibe. It's a departure from grime, but once you play it, you'll see that the new single could be a summer jam.

 "OMW" dropped on May 18. The title is an acronym for 'On My Way.'  The music video for the track (which also dropped on May 18) was shot in Australia, and goes from dancing at an amusement park, to grinding at a club called Jamaica House. Lady Leshurr says this is the first single from her debut album "UNSTABLE," which will be released this summer. 
You know who to call. Hit my line and I'm On My Way! Ay.
Most fans know her as the grime rapper from Birmingham, England. The emcee who spits hard, and gave us comical disses with her "Queen's Speech" videos (i.e. Ep. 5 where she rhymes, "All these girls are really hating / When their lips look like crispy bacon").

Concert Recap: Beyoncé In Nashville - Late But Right on Time

            by Nefertiti Jenkins Fans who waited five months to see Beyoncé for The Formation World Tour in Nashville, waited at the edge of their seats a little longer on Sunday, October 2, 2016, at Nissan Stadium. The show was originally scheduled to take place in May, toward the beginning of her tour, but she postponed the show until October. Tickets said it started at 7:30 p.m., but DJ Khaled who opened for Beyoncé , didn't come out until well after 8:00 p.m. Of course he hyped up the crowd, with a number of old school and new school hits, but he was small on the stage, working his music, next to a giant cube called The Monolith. Russ returns with New Single & MV - "AINT GOIN BACK"

Atlanta-bred artist Russ has returned with a visual for his new self-produced track. The rapper dropped the official music video for his "AINT GOIN BACK" on March 26. The Edgar Esteves directed video puts Russ in a mansion, spitting out lyrics; saying he's not going back to "when it was no Russ, just Russell." According to his online bio, Russ is of Sicilian descent and was born in 1992 as Russell Vital in New Jersey. He lived in North Carolina and Kentucky, before moving to Georgia. His last full length studio project dropped last year in September, titled "ZOO." It followed "There's Really A Wolf," a project mix of trap and R&B. Check out his new music video below.

Rapper Dok2 talks about working with Jay Park and G-Dragon (from BIGBANG) in Ep. 31 of "Fun With Dumb"

Illionaire Records co-founder Dok2 is a pioneer in the South Korean hip-hop industry, but he rarely gives interviews. Lucky for fans, the rapper sat down on two separate occasions recently to talk about his life and the rise of hip-hop in South Korea. The first interview was for the March 7th face to face with rapper Snacky Chan for Chan's YouTube series - "Undergod."   The second was for American rapper Dumbfoundead's March 20th (ep. 31) podcast of "Fun With Dumb." During the podcast, Dok2 provided a mini-history lesson for anyone interested in South Korean hip-hop. Beginning with his early rise, the rapper says he's been making moves in the industry since 2002 when he was 12-years-old. New Music: A.CHAL - "Numb The Pain"

Peruvian-American singer A.CHAL (Alejandro Chal Salazar) is working through his emotions in his new single "Numb The Pain". The artist dropped his new song and the official music video for it on October 13.  On social media A.CHAL says the visual was shot in Huanchaco, Trujillo, Peru. He says as a child he remembers living there on the sand in a small hut. The singer says the song itself was recorded in Paris. Fans have been watching for South Korean singer MELOH ever since he hit the stage for AOMG's Signhere  audition TV show program in 2019 on MBN. Crowd goes wild for Jack Harlow at Rupp Arena in Lexington, Kentucky

Rapper Jack Harlow wrapped his 6-city  No Place Like Home Tour across his home state of Kentucky on Sunday, December 3, performing to a near sold out crowd at Rupp Arena in Lexington. It was the final stop of his tour and his first time performing at Rupp. Lexington bleeds blue for the University of Kentucky Wildcats, but fans turned out in full force in support of the Louisville native, who makes no secret of his love for the University of Louisville Cardinals. The schools may be rivals, but it was all love for the "First Class" star, except when he proclaimed his love for Louisville, causing the crowd in return to boo.  Harlow though showed his appreciation for the Lexington crowd by bringing out local legends: his music mentors Ky Engineerin’ and Nemo Achida, as well as former UK basketball player Tyler Herro, who now plays for the Miami Heat. Ahead of his forthcoming project, Nigerian-born-Canadian rapper--TOBi dropped his new single "Hoodwinked" with a visualizer on December 1. It jumps with storytelling of childhood issues. TOBi on social media saying it was "a cathartic piece to create." The song follows the release of tracks--- "She Loves Me" and "Flowers".  The musician says the full-length album is dropping in 2023.
