NEW MUSIC: Phoenix and the Flower Girl - “Guillotine” ft. Phoenix Troy & Paloalto

From across the way, audio and visual duo Phoenix and the Flower Girl in London and Tokyo, have teamed up with South Korean hip-hop label, Hi-Lite Records founder, Paloalto, for a new track, “Guillotine.”

The melodic single hit streaming sites on November 30. Phoenix and the Flower Girl consist of British rapper, vocalist and producer Phoenix Troy, and artistic director, Flower. Their new song, produced by Hoost, dropped with a lyric video (by Karim) on YouTube.

Drake and Jack Harlow shoot music video during The Kentucky Derby for song "Churchill Downs"

On the eve of the 148th running of the Kentucky Derby, Louisville native and rapper, 24-year-old Jack Harlow dropped his new album- "Come Home the Kids Miss You." The project hit streaming sites on May 6th, one day before the May 7th Derby at the Churchill Downs horse-racetrack in Louisville. Harlow's album includes the Drake-assisted song "Churchill Downs," in which the two rappers share lyrics of introspection before Drake wraps up the more than five minute track with... Showing her vocal range as an R&B artist, singer Kiana Ledé released "Take It All" on July 13, as one of seven songs on her new EP "Selfless." "Take It All" stands out on the mini album. The mostly acoustic track connects on an emotional level of maturity, which makes it today's Song of The Day. The 21-year-old artist has been active since she was a child, after winning a Kidz Bop's Kidz Star USA talent competition in 2011. Dance Moves of The Day: NCT U - Taeyong & Ten - "Baby Don't Stop" Dance Practice

Taeyong and Ten, two of the members from the kpop sub-group NCT U, have swag and a lot of it at that. Most of their fans already knew this, but for newcomers, the dance practice video released by SM Entertainment in South Korea, confirms it. The visual in the official video for "Baby Don't Stop," was already a heart stopper. But now, inside a dance studio, for the dance practice video, Taeyong and Ten make their hard, smooth and sexy hip-hop moves with quick hand and footwork, look even sexier. Jay Park to drop new R&B album in October

Singer Jay Park has announced on social media his plans to release a new R&B album next month. The Seattle to Seoul artist says the project will be out on October 8th, his first in eight years. His previous R&B album "Everything You Wanted" dropped on October 20, 2016. On his recent social media post, Park also joked about deleting his Instagram Account and said there will be a tour in 2025. He deleted his previous IG account in 2022. Check out the post below. SONG of The Week: EXO - "Ya Ya Ya" - with a sample from SWV- “You’re the One”

It's that 90s sample that makes the song. On November 27, Kpop group EXO released their sixth album titled "OBSESSION." On it, the track "Ya Ya Ya," which samples American R&B trio-- SWV, and their 1996 hit-- “You’re the One.” The new song from EXO, "Ya Ya Ya," was co-produced by Dem Jointz, who’s previously worked with Dr. Dre, Anderson .Paak and ScHoolboy Q, according to Genius.com. The vocals on the song include the current six active members of the group... Sehun, Chen, Chanyeol, Kai, Baekhyun, and Suho. And it's the loop of that SWV sample throughout the track, that makes you want to hear the song over and over again, after you first hit play. The repeat-- for the club, campus, home or car.
