Sometimes an escape to a barren land can be the cleansing the soul needs. French-Antillean artist Gérald Toto takes us to such a place, in his latest music video. Shot in Tunisia's Tozeur desert, the official visual for his song "Away Alive" dropped on November 15.
The soothing track over African drums, is from Toto's recent solo album - "Sway," which hit streaming sites in October. The album includes acoustic folk, jazz, soul, pop and blues. Born in France in 1967, the 51-year-old artist has West Indian roots. His parents are from the Antilles.
