NEW MV: Jae Min Bang (a.mond) - "Me In" featuring Chancellor (A groovy track from the fictional 'Top Management' group S.O.U.L)


Jae Min Bang, aka a.mond from South Korean hip-hop crew KIFF CLAN and label AMOEBA CULTURE, has dropped a new smokey visual. The music video for "Me In," featuring R&B singer Chancellor, hit the 1theK YouTube channel on November 9th, as part of the soundtrack for the YouTube Premium subscription Original series Top Management. The groovy track is produced by AOMG's GRAY.

The song is from Top Management's fictional kpop group S.O.U.L and their self-titled debut mini-album, which is currently available on most music platforms. Check out the new video below.

A spiritual Hip-Hop journey to Africa with Korean rapper JaeDal - in New Music Drop: "Period" EP & "Tree" MV

JaeDal from Legit Goons, has released a visually powerful music video for his track "Tree," off his new EP "Period." The Previex music film, directed by Lee Hyoungjoo and Kim Jinbeom, opens with GPS coordinates to a country in Africa. The cinematic visual then shows a shaved JaeDal, followed by majestic images of the beauty of the land and its children. JaeDal's flow over African drums is in Korean. Translated in the comments section by a fan, the lyrics include... Even when I burn as a fire. Even when I flow as a boat. The grains in my heart remain. As I become a tree.

Song of The Day: Kiana Ledé - "Take It All"

Showing her vocal range as an R&B artist, singer Kiana Ledé released "Take It All" on July 13, as one of seven songs on her new EP "Selfless." "Take It All" stands out on the mini album. The mostly acoustic track connects on an emotional level of maturity, which makes it today's Song of The Day. The 21-year-old artist has been active since she was a child, after winning a  Kidz Bop's Kidz Star USA talent competition in 2011. Rapper Dok2 talks about working with Jay Park and G-Dragon (from BIGBANG) in Ep. 31 of "Fun With Dumb"

Illionaire Records co-founder Dok2 is a pioneer in the South Korean hip-hop industry, but he rarely gives interviews. Lucky for fans, the rapper sat down on two separate occasions recently to talk about his life and the rise of hip-hop in South Korea. The first interview was for the March 7th face to face with rapper Snacky Chan for Chan's YouTube series - "Undergod."   The second was for American rapper Dumbfoundead's March 20th (ep. 31) podcast of "Fun With Dumb." During the podcast, Dok2 provided a mini-history lesson for anyone interested in South Korean hip-hop. Beginning with his early rise, the rapper says he's been making moves in the industry since 2002 when he was 12-years-old. He told Dumbfoundead that he used to attend a school for foreigners in Busan (because of his mixed Korean, Spanish and Filipino heritage), but after 6th grade he moved to Seoul and did not return back to school (due to family financial reasons). Jay Park Adds and Interacts With Fans on Instagram Live Before Hawaii Concert

Social media is allowing fans and artists to interact with each other like never before. While in a room in Hawaii, on Sunday, April 1, singer/rapper/co-CEO Jay Park, discovered a feature during his Instagram Live stream, which allowed him to add and connect with fans, for 'one on one' time, but in front of thousands of people peering in. Jay Park was in Hawaii for a concert, with Hoody and pH-1 happening later that night.  At almost five minutes into his livestream, we hear the Roc Nation artist say, "I've never done this before." Yuna & Little Simz groove with girl power in new single - "Pink Youth"

Malaysian artist Yuna vibes like late 70s disco queen Donna Summer and diva Diana Ross in her latest pre-release off her upcoming project - "Rouge." The singer collaborated with English rapper Little Simz on the funky track titled - "Pink Youth." It hit streaming sites on June 28th. The song exudes girl power. CONCERT WATCH: ZION.T - U.S. & Canada Tour

South Korean R&B singer Zion.T is bringing his smooth style to the U.S. and Canada this March. The artist will hit the stage in New York, Dallas, San Jose, Los Angeles, Toronto, and Vancouver.  The tour kicks off on March 16 with KPOPME. Ticket information available at   ZIONT.KPOPME.COM. Fans have seen Zion.T perform in North America before, including at KCON, and the Show Me The Money 5 tour. INLet'sGo! saw Zion.T during the SMTM5 Chicago stop, and enjoyed his laid back performance and then crazy hype moment for "Machine Gun," with fellow show producer judge, Kush and 2nd place finisher, Cjamm. A dance single from AOMG's Hoody. The South Korean artist released her new track - "MIRO," and the visual for it, on September 26. The song was produced by Slom.
