Jay Park Announces European leg of SEXY 4EVA WORLD TOUR


With a post on social media asking European fans if they loved him, because he loves them, Jay Park announced on June 1st, the dates for the European leg of his 2019 SEXY 4EVA WORLD TOUR. The singer/rapper CEO will be hitting the stage there in October and the first part of November. The dates are as follows...

Concert promoters Cult of Ya ‏will be handling at least three stops of the tour: London, Berlin and Amsterdam. Tickets are on sale for those cities on their website June 8th at 11 a.m. (BST/12 p.m. CEST).

My Music Taste will promote the tour for Helsinki and Moscow. According to AOMG, more ticket information will be announced on June 8th. Also more dates and cities will be announced later.

The European tour date release follows Park's May 10th announcement of the world tour, with performances first in Seoul, South Korea on Saturday, July 6th at 7 p.m. and on Sunday, July 7th at 6 p.m.

Meanwhile, Park is dropping a new album on Friday, June 7th at 6 p.m. (KST) titled "The Road Less Traveled." The Roc Nation/H1GHR MUSIC/AOMG entertainer shared the full track list for his project on May 31st.

MOVES OF THE DAY: Super Junior's Wine Dance to the beat of "Lo Siento"

It was the Chilean wine that got them dancing out in an open field. On May 3, kpop group Super Junior uploaded a fun video to social media, of the guys moving to their new hit song "Lo Siento," with each member in the frame, dancing with a glass of wine in hand. The hashtag under the post says Chile. The idols were in Santiago, Chile on April 24, as part of the Latin America leg of their Super Show 7 world tour. The video of them dancing (perhaps a little tipsy too) has gone viral, with more than 200,000 likes on Instagram, and more than 273,000 views on Facebook, with more than 11,000 shares. Super Junior is under the Korean company S.M. Entertainment, and formed in 2005. The handsome men, now in their 30s, are well past the legal drinking age in any country. Rapper Dok2 talks about working with Jay Park and G-Dragon (from BIGBANG) in Ep. 31 of "Fun With Dumb"

Illionaire Records co-founder Dok2 is a pioneer in the South Korean hip-hop industry, but he rarely gives interviews. Lucky for fans, the rapper sat down on two separate occasions recently to talk about his life and the rise of hip-hop in South Korea. The first interview was for the March 7th face to face with rapper Snacky Chan for Chan's YouTube series - "Undergod."   The second was for American rapper Dumbfoundead's March 20th (ep. 31) podcast of "Fun With Dumb." During the podcast, Dok2 provided a mini-history lesson for anyone interested in South Korean hip-hop. Beginning with his early rise, the rapper says he's been making moves in the industry since 2002 when he was 12-years-old. He told Dumbfoundead that he used to attend a school for foreigners in Busan (because of his mixed Korean, Spanish and Filipino heritage), but after 6th grade he moved to Seoul and did not return back to school (due to family financial reasons). Jay Park Announces new H1GHR MUSIC Artist - Seo Donghyun a.k.a. Big Naughty

During the second and final day of his 2019  Off Route Fest in South Korea, co-CEO/entertainer Jay Park announced the newest member of his second label- H1GHR MUSIC, as rapper/singer Seo Donghyun a.k.a. Big Naughty. Park introduced the young artist on stage, on Oct. 6, in front of a crowd of thousands of people at the music festival, and later posted video of the moment to Instagram. According to Park, Donghyun is now the youngest member of the label (previously that title went to rapper Haon). Big Naughty was a contestant on season eight of the popular South Korean rap competition program - Show Me The Money (SMTM). He was eliminated in the semi-finals. Jay Park Adds and Interacts With Fans on Instagram Live Before Hawaii Concert

Social media is allowing fans and artists to interact with each other like never before. While in a room in Hawaii, on Sunday, April 1, singer/rapper/co-CEO Jay Park, discovered a feature during his Instagram Live stream, which allowed him to add and connect with fans, for 'one on one' time, but in front of thousands of people peering in. Jay Park was in Hawaii for a concert, with Hoody and pH-1 happening later that night.  At almost five minutes into his livestream, we hear the Roc Nation artist say, "I've never done this before." Crush Drops New MV ("Be By My Side") With Earth, Wind & Fire Sample

Korean R&B singer Crush, has dropped his latest music video. It's called "Be By My Side," and it samples the soul, disco and funk band Earth, Wind & Fire. According to the description under the upload on the Amoeba Culture official YouTube Channel, Crush received permission to use the "Brazilian Rhyme" sample. Worth Watching: "Bleach" - A Live-Action Anime Adaptation Movie on Netflix

by Nefertiti Jenkins Looking for something to watch this weekend? Check out "Bleach," a live-action anime adaptation film, that just recently hit Netflix with English subtitles. It's based on the manga and anime series of the same name. The acting is good, and the action is great. Even if you're not familiar with the series, you'll still enjoy the movie. According to the official synopsis, the film is about... Ichigo Kurosaki, a High School student, living in Karakura. He is able to see ghosts, as well as hollows. And he meets up with Rukia Kuchiki, a Soul Reaper (or Shinigami in Japanese).  Check out the trailer below, and stream "Bleach" on Netflix.

Song of The Day: Kiana Ledé - "Take It All"

Showing her vocal range as an R&B artist, singer Kiana Ledé released "Take It All" on July 13, as one of seven songs on her new EP "Selfless." "Take It All" stands out on the mini album. The mostly acoustic track connects on an emotional level of maturity, which makes it today's Song of The Day. The 21-year-old artist has been active since she was a child, after winning a  Kidz Bop's Kidz Star USA talent competition in 2011. London artist B Young has returned with a hot new single.
