Rapper PUNCHNELLO is more than "Ordinary." in new EP and "Blue Hawaii" MV distributed by AOMG

South Korean artist PUNCHNELLO's style of rap is by no way ordinary, but that's the title of his new mini-album. The rapper's EP "Ordinary." dropped on January 28 through hip-hop label AOMG. According to 10 Asia, PUNCHNELLO recently signed a contract with AOMG for music and distribution. South Korean producer JuniorChef also recently signed a contract for the same type of distribution agreement. PUNCHNELLO (from the crew Club Eskimo) is known for his fast and sharp delivery , who can also slow it down with emotional flow . He mixes it up on the new EP "Ordinary," which features artists Crush and PENOMECO on the 0channel produced title-track "Blue Hawaii." Fans hoping to get a ticket to the second part of Jay Park's "Serenades & Body Rolls" tour featuring his new KPOP group LNGSHOT may be out of luck soon. Tickets are going fast. Park announced on June 9th he and his group would be hitting the stage in September and October. Tickets for the general public went on sale on Friday, June 12th, with many venues close to selling out seats near the main stage by Sunday, June 14th. Park first announced his "Serenades & Body Rolls" tour in February 2025, hitting cities in Asia. This time around, he and his new boy band will perform in the United States, Europe and South America, his first in the U.S. in seven years and the first in South America. Rapper Dok2 talks about working with Jay Park and G-Dragon (from BIGBANG) in Ep. 31 of "Fun With Dumb"

Illionaire Records co-founder Dok2 is a pioneer in the South Korean hip-hop industry, but he rarely gives interviews. Lucky for fans, the rapper sat down on two separate occasions recently to talk about his life and the rise of hip-hop in South Korea. The first interview was for the March 7th face to face with rapper Snacky Chan for Chan's YouTube series - "Undergod." The second was for American rapper Dumbfoundead's March 20th (ep. 31) podcast of "Fun With Dumb." During the podcast, Dok2 provided a mini-history lesson for anyone interested in South Korean hip-hop. Beginning with his early rise, the rapper says he's been making moves in the industry since 2002 when he was 12-years-old. Kpop group ENHYPEN earns new fans with American television "Loose" debut performance on Jimmy Kimmel Live

On the night of Thursday, April 10, South Korean boy band ENHYPEN hit the stage on ABC's Jimmy Kimmel Live with body rolls and screaming young kpop fans in the studio audience, as they performed their new English language single "Loose," for their American television debut. The performance left an impression on the television viewing audience across the country, with at least one viewer calling into an ABC local news station in Kentucky well after midnight, inquiring about the name of the group. The excited viewer asked the morning show news producer who picked up the phone, questions about where to find information about ENHYPEN, and where exactly the group was from. After the producer explained the kpop genre to the viewer, and shared information on how to find the performance on the Jimmy Kimmel Live YouTube channel, the caller then encouraged the producer to watch the performance herself, in which she later did, thus becoming a new fan of the group as well. ...

Song of the Day: Jay Park - "Whenever"

Jay Park dropped his R&B single "Whenever" one year ago, on July 23, 2025. Crooning "call me whenever" in an English and Japanese version. The Japanese version includes a passionate live clip on YouTube from part one of his Serenades & Body Rolls tour last year in Japan. Since then, Park has announced part two for 2026 , which includes his More Vision South Korean boy band LNGSHOT. This second leg of the tour kicks off on September 3 in São Paulo, Brazil with stops in Mexico, North America and Europe. No word if he'll perform this song, but for now, Jay Park's "Whenever" is today's Song of the Day.

New Music: A.CHAL - "Numb The Pain"

Peruvian-American singer A.CHAL (Alejandro Chal Salazar) is working through his emotions in his new single "Numb The Pain". The artist dropped his new song and the official music video for it on October 13. On social media A.CHAL says the visual was shot in Huanchaco, Trujillo, Peru. He says as a child he remembers living there on the sand in a small hut. The singer says the song itself was recorded in Paris. AOMG Welcomes Sogumm to the Label after her "Signhere" win on MBN

South Korean label AOMG (founded by Jay Park), now has two female artists. AOMG welcomed Sogumm to the team on October 31, after the final episode of Signhere on MBN. The singer took home first place, on the competition show. Her total scores for her performance beating out Meloh, Maddox and MBA. Sogumm joins Hoody, and a crew of popular male artists, as the second woman signed to AOMG. Hoody became the first female artist to sign to the hip-hop and R&B record label back in 2015. Bruno Mars shares Behind the Scenes clip from the Making of "24K Magic"

Bruno Mars has shared a never before seen clip of the making of "24K Magic," the title track and lead single from his third studio album (of the same name). On June 27, the singer uploaded video on Twitter and Instagram, and wrote that he found it in his cell phone. The video shows producer Brody Brown and Mars trying to figure out the groove for "24k Magic" in 2015. According to Bruno Mars, they tried nearly 100 different patterns and pockets to finally land what we hear today (a Zapp & Roger inspired track). The setting of the video has the artist performing at Bumkey's fictional bar, and going after a beautiful woman in the wild west. The song hit streaming sites on April 19th, as a double single.
