Saul Goode of Part Time Cooks Drops Groovy Debut Solo Project- “Blue, an album by Ryan”

Ringing in the New Year with a solo release, rapper Saul Goode, of Part Time Cooks, dropped his debut solo album-- “Blue, an album by Ryan" on January 1. The lead single from the project-- "Juju," hit streaming sites with an official music video on YouTube. The song features MBA crew member Bola, his fellow collaborator on AOMG's 2019 SignHere audition TV show. Concert Watch: Ozuna - AURA USA Tour 2018

Puerto Rican reggaeton singer Ozuna, is hitting the road this fall for an AURA USA Tour. The announcement comes after the release of Ozuna's new track and music video with Manuel Turizo, "Vaina Loca," which dropped on YouTube on June 28, and currently has more than 30-million views. "Vaina Loca" is a single from Ozuna's upcoming album Aura , set to be released on August 24. The tour, starts in September in Atlanta, and hits at least 30 cities, including Lexington, KY in December. Tickets go on sale July 6, with Ticketmaster .

South Korean rapper Coogie drops new single as contract with AOMG expires

South Korean artist Coogie dropped his new single "1,2,3,4,5" on January 23, 2025--the same day record label AOMG announced its exclusive contract with the rapper had come to an end. Coogie signed with AOMG in 2022. He was previously signed under hip-hop label ATMseoul. He became known for his sing-song melodic rap style after participating in the South Korean rap competition series Show Me The Money 777 in 2018. The translation to AOMG's post on X reads... "Hello, this is AOMG. We would like to inform you that Coogie's exclusive contract has ended on January 23, 2025. Planetarium Records may not be dominating the charts right now, but the artists from the South Korean label have come out flexin, and right now, they are the ones to watch. PLT as a collective, dropped a new single with a music video, "IGOHOLIC," on September 17. The track is a trap release, featuring Jung JinWoo, Gaho, Moti, June and Villain; rapping in the visual from a helicopter hangar. With Villain's verse towards the end - "I think I'm an alcoholic. I'm whisky dialing you all day. I'll give you that workaholic. Stop working hard, it's your birthday." Bruno Mars shares Behind the Scenes clip from the Making of "24K Magic"

Bruno Mars has shared a never before seen clip of the making of "24K Magic," the title track and lead single from his third studio album (of the same name). On June 27, the singer uploaded video on Twitter and Instagram, and wrote that he found it in his cell phone. The video shows producer Brody Brown and Mars trying to figure out the groove for "24k Magic" in 2015. According to Bruno Mars, they tried nearly 100 different patterns and pockets to finally land what we hear today (a Zapp & Roger inspired track). Showing her vocal range as an R&B artist, singer Kiana Ledé released "Take It All" on July 13, as one of seven songs on her new EP "Selfless." "Take It All" stands out on the mini album. The mostly acoustic track connects on an emotional level of maturity, which makes it today's Song of The Day. The 21-year-old artist has been active since she was a child, after winning a Kidz Bop's Kidz Star USA talent competition in 2011. Sharing her immigrant story with a sharp flow, Filipino-American rapper and spoken word artist, Ruby Ibarra, released a visual for her track "TAKING NAMES," (feat. Nump and Bambu) on Nov. 29. The song is from her 2017 debut album Circa91 . And when it's roll call, They know my name now. I make them all fall. I'm 'bouta break out. Born in Tacloban, Philippines in 1991, her family moved to San Lorenzo, California when she was a young child. The now 27-year-old, raps in Tagalog and English, and focuses on the impact of colorism, colonialism and culture with her art. There’s some crazy Filipinos in here.
