Avatar Darko Officially Signs With H1GHR MUSIC


Seattle Rapper Avatar Darko, has officially signed with hip-hop label H1GHR MUSIC. The CEOs, Jay Park and Cha Cha Malone, posted the official video on June 5th, to social media of Avatar signing the contract, and receiving his H1GHR MUSIC gold chain.  The new signee is fresh off a U.S. tour with his H1GHR MUSIC labelmates (which wrapped on May 8th in Seattle). He also hit the stage with them back in March, for South by Southwest.

According to his Facebook page, Avatar Darko, was born in Estonia to Ukrainian/Russian parents, and then later moved to Seattle with his family when he was young. On Facebook, his music is labeled as Grunge Trap.  Many global fans were introduced to him back in June of 2017, with the release of his collaboration with co-CEO Jay Park, of the track, "All My Crew."  Both CEOs say new music will be released on June 8, 2018.

West African artist Nketia representing Ghana with new music dropping soon

Following the release of his popular 2022 EP "Mr. Lover," Ghanaian musician Nketia is returning with all new music for his fans. The West African artist, producer and songwriter from Ghana says he's working on a new single and EP. No release date yet, but he's already looking for help in choreographing a dance for his new song. Nketia posted the request on Instagram just a week ago.  Nketia (pronounced in•ke•tia) is known for delivering a mix of R&B, Afrobeats, Hip-Hop and Drill. His forthcoming release is expected to be of a fast tempo Azonto-- a dance and music genre from Ghana. Jarv Dee Drops Final Single Under H1GHR MUSIC - "No Regrets" feat. Sik-K & pH-1

Seattle artist Jarv Dee is parting ways with hip-hop label H1GHR MUSIC. The rapper dropped his track "No Regrets" featuring South Korean rappers Sik-K and pH-1 on December 27, as his last single with the label. Jarv Dee and H1GHR MUSIC posted the announcement on social media about the departure, shortly after the release of the new song. The label was founded by Jay Park and Cha Cha Malone in 2017, and Jarv Dee as one of its artists, had been with H1GHR MUSIC since then. Hot New Music: Jack Harlow - "First Class," Paulo Londra - "Chance" and ChaMane - "26"

Hip-hop is dominating the charts from around the world. During the week ending April 9, some hot new music hit streaming sites, including new hits from Louisville, KY rapper Jack Harlow, Argentine artist Paulo Londra and South Korean rapper ChaMane. Jack Harlow's banger "First Class" rolled out on streaming sites on April 8, with an official visualizer (that's currently trending on YouTube) just days after a preview of the song on social media with the artist in the studio went viral. The rapper samples Fergie’s 2006 hit “Glamorous” in "First Class." According to Chart Data, the new song has already topped the global Spotify chart and has earned the biggest chart debut of the year. Yaw Tog Returns With New Hot Single - "Sei Mu"

Rapper Yaw Tog is back with a new banger. The Ghanaian artist dropped his Khendi Beatz produced song "Sei Mu" on November 3. The single begins with a reggae Caribbean vibe before transitioning into a kpanlogo and Asakaa drill Ghana mix. Yaw Tog is best known for his viral song "Sore." NEW MUSIC & MV DROP: pH-1 "Loves" "Cupid" but hopes you're not a "Groupie"

H1GHR MUSIC's hip-hop artist pH-1 is all about the electro soul vibe in his latest releases produced by Thurxday. The entertainer dropped a funky synth double single titled "Loves" on August 20th on digital streaming platforms. It includes the tracks "Cupid" featuring PENOMECO (with an animated lyric official music video) and "Groupie" featuring Mokyo (aka Thurxday). Just Jerk Crew Performs During Winter Olympics Opening Ceremony

We're only two months in, and 2018 has already been a good year for Just Jerk Crew. They are the featured backup dancers in the official music video for Jay Park and Yultron's "Forget About Tomorrow," and they just recently announced the opening of their new dance academy in South Korea. The popular urban dance team from Seoul, has been making moves together since 2010, and has even competed on America's Got Talent, season 12. Now, the group is getting even more international recognition, after performing live during the Opening Ceremony for the Winter Olympics in PyeongChang. The group has shared a clip of the performance on Instagram, and some of the members have even shared behind the scenes group photos. BamBam from GOT7 delivers a trap hook and flow, with Thai rapper F.HERO (ฟักกลิ้ง ฮีโร่) on the new KILO KEYS produced track - "Do You." Anyone looking for motivation to dump that bad person in their life, should check out the new single, "See U Never," from up and coming artist, NIKI.
