Queen Naija gets Dave East to star in new "Good Morning Text" music video

American R&B singer and YouTube star Queen Naija has dropped the visual for her track "Good Morning Text," ahead of her upcoming debut album. The music video hit YouTube on December 4, and is currently trending on the platform.

The visual has rapper Dave East playing her love-interest, as well as Naija practicing her moves in a dance studio as she questions her relationship. The song itself actually hit streaming sites back in October. Check out the video above.

A spiritual Hip-Hop journey to Africa with Korean rapper JaeDal - in New Music Drop: "Period" EP & "Tree" MV

JaeDal from Legit Goons, has released a visually powerful music video for his track "Tree," off his new EP "Period." The Previex music film, directed by Lee Hyoungjoo and Kim Jinbeom, opens with GPS coordinates to a country in Africa. Showing her vocal range as an R&B artist, singer Kiana Ledé released "Take It All" on July 13, as one of seven songs on her new EP "Selfless." "Take It All" stands out on the mini album. The mostly acoustic track connects on an emotional level of maturity, which makes it today's Song of The Day. The 21-year-old artist has been active since she was a child, after winning a Kidz Bop's Kidz Star USA talent competition in 2011. The leader of the super popular kpop group BTS, from South Korea, has officially changed his name. Kim Nam-joon previously known as Rap Monster, has changed his stage name to RM. The announcement was published on the BTS official fan cafe on November 13. While in a room in Hawaii, on Sunday, April 1, singer/rapper/co-CEO Jay Park, discovered a feature during his Instagram Live stream, which allowed him to add and connect with fans, for 'one on one' time, but in front of thousands of people peering in. Rapper Dok2 talks about working with Jay Park and G-Dragon (from BIGBANG) in Ep. 31 of "Fun With Dumb"

Illionaire Records co-founder Dok2 is a pioneer in the South Korean hip-hop industry, but he rarely gives interviews. Lucky for fans, the rapper sat down on two separate occasions recently to talk about his life and the rise of hip-hop in South Korea. The first interview was for the March 7th face to face with rapper Snacky Chan for Chan's YouTube series - "Undergod." The second was for American rapper Dumbfoundead's March 20th (ep. 31) podcast of "Fun With Dumb." During the podcast, Dok2 provided a mini-history lesson for anyone interested in South Korean hip-hop. Beginning with his early rise, the rapper says he's been making moves in the industry since 2002 when he was 12-years-old.
