NEW VIDEO DROP: Paloalto - "Joy" (feat. Ted Park)

Ahead of the release of his forthcoming album "Summer Grooves," South Korean rapper Paloalto has a dropped an official music video for the first track off it, titled "Joy," featuring H1GHR MUSIC's Ted Park on vocals.

Directed by DearLiar, the video, released on July 25 (with English subtitles), is a colorful capture of the Hi-Lite Records founder, as he spits bars. The album "Summer Grooves" will be released on July 27, at 6 PM (KST). Paloalto has already shared the tracklist for it, on social media.

Perhaps one of the best known hip-hop and R&B crews in South Korea, members of FANXY CHILD have teamed up once again to drop a new single and visual titled "Y." The track hit streaming sites on August 9th featuring ZICO, CRUSH, DEAN, PENOMECO and producers MILLIC and STAYTUNED. Previously we've seen them collaborate on such hits and music videos like Millic's "Paradise" and Zico's "Fanxy Child" and "Bermuda Triangle." Rapper Dok2 talks about working with Jay Park and G-Dragon (from BIGBANG) in Ep. 31 of "Fun With Dumb"

Illionaire Records co-founder Dok2 is a pioneer in the South Korean hip-hop industry, but he rarely gives interviews. Lucky for fans, the rapper sat down on two separate occasions recently to talk about his life and the rise of hip-hop in South Korea. The first interview was for the March 7th face to face with rapper Snacky Chan for Chan's YouTube series - "Undergod."   The second was for American rapper Dumbfoundead's March 20th (ep. 31) podcast of "Fun With Dumb." During the podcast, Dok2 provided a mini-history lesson for anyone interested in South Korean hip-hop. Beginning with his early rise, the rapper says he's been making moves in the industry since 2002 when he was 12-years-old. Delivering that West Coast rewind with 80s G-funk beats, Seattle rapper/producer Anthony Danza has dropped his latest project (out now on Spotify and Amazon music). The Black Umbrella/Proof Avenue artist released "The BBS Diaries" on May 26, with a visual for one of its tracks, "At All Costs," pre-released on YouTube on May 24. The video shot by Steve Arsenio and edited by photographer Harry Clean. Song of The Day: Khea - "Loca" (Remix) featuring Bad Bunny, Duki & Cazzu

The Spanish lyrics are explicit when translated into English, but this Latin Trap remix is so alluring, that you just can't help but to groove to it. Hip-hop artist Khea, from Argentina, dropped his "Loca" remix video featuring Bad Bunny, Duki and Cazzu back in April, and it currently has more than 173-million views on YouTube. The track, with its repetitive beat is about a "crazy" woman on social media, but towards the end of it, we hear the seductive female response from Argentine rapper Cazzu. Jay Park Performs English Version of "Yacht" For "24 Hours of Reality"

Jay Park has premiered the full English version of his song "Yacht." The singer performed it for the first time on Dec. 5, on former U.S. Vice President Al Gore's "24 Hours of Reality." The program streams live every year scientists, business leaders and celebrities talking about "the climate crisis." This is the second year, for Jay Park to lend his voice and talent to the program.
