CONCERT WATCH: DPR - "Coming To You Live" with its "CTYL 2018" World Tour

Hip-Hop collective DPR, will be setting off on a world tour later this year. Members from the Dream Perfect Regime include Christian Yu, DPR LIVE, Cream and more. Just about everything they put out turns into a smash hit, including recent releases like "Playlist," "Action!," "Cheese & Wine" and "Laputa."

The world tour includes stops in North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific. The cities are listed above. Tickets go on sale in North America on August 1st. Dates and venues will also be revealed then. In Europe, tickets go on sale, and dates and venues will be revealed on August 15th. And in Asia-Pacific, tickets go on sale, along with the dates and venues reveal on August 29th.

Working with DPR are Kohai and tour management company, Cult of Ya, which has been responsible for bringing Jay Park, Gray, Loco, Woo Won Jae, DJ Pumkin and other Korean artists to London.

Simon Dominic Steps Down as co-CEO of AOMG

Rapper Simon Dominic has resigned as co-CEO of AOMG, a South Korean hip-hop label he ran with founder Jay Park. Fans first became aware of the move, when Simon D released a surprise live performance video of a new track on July 25, titled "Me No Jay Park." The video of him on the mic, on AOMG's YouTube channel, contains English subtitles with the lyrics that say..."I'm writing a resignation letter and this song is it," and "I'mma release the stocks to AOMG first up," "(DJ) Pumkin go meet up with CJ so there's no problems," "But you gotta step up as CEO and pull me down as an employee." According to online magazine Soompi, after the release of the video, AOMG released an official statement confirming Simon Dominic's resignation, but it also says the rapper is not leaving the label. Jackson Wang Inspired by "Bruce Lee" on New Collab with Al Rocco

Jackson Wang is on a World Tour right now with his kpop idol group GOT7, but the rapper still found time to collaborate with fellow Chinese rapper Al Rocco , on a track titled "Bruce Lee." The single dropped on July 14, and begins with an audio recording of the martial arts legend, Bruce Lee, as an intro to the song. Produced by Fader One, according to the description released for it, the song "expresses the strength of the Chinese people through the power of music and kung fu." Lyrics with Wang include... Pull a stunt like Bruce Lee. Spit venom on the verse don’t try me. Everyday stay low key. Throw a jab so fast won’t see me. New Music: "BLOO IN WONDERLAND" (feat. niahn & nafla) & "I'm the one" MV

Rapper BLOO from MKIT RAIN‏, has returned with his second mini album. "BLOO IN WONDERLAND" (featuring niahn and labelmate nafla) dropped on November 19, with an official music video for its BIG BANANA produced track "I'm the one." In the visual, BLOO (with a melodic flat electric delivery), has taken on the character of a man in an intimate relationship with a beautiful woman. The song, as well as other tracks on the EP, include partial lyrics in English. The mini-album also includes the pre-released single "Take me" (feat. nafla). The label he's with, MKIT RAIN, is a LA based hip-hop label, with artists who create South Korean content. BLOO, released his first EP, "Downtown Baby," back in 2017. Song of the Day: Jay Park - "Whenever"

Jay Park dropped his R&B single "Whenever" one year ago, on July 23, 2025. Crooning "call me whenever" in an English and Japanese version. The Japanese version includes a passionate live clip on YouTube from part one of his Serenades & Body Rolls tour last year in Japan. Since then, Park has announced part two for 2026 , which includes his More Vision South Korean boy band LNGSHOT. This second leg of the tour kicks off on September 3 in São Paulo, Brazil with stops in Mexico, North America and Europe. No word if he'll perform this song, but for now, Jay Park's "Whenever" is today's Song of the Day.

New Music & MV: Hitting up Loco and GRAY for a "Late Night"

It's three in the morning at AOMG in South Korea, and hip hop producer artist GRAY and rapper Loco, are ready to hit up some people for a "Late Night." The two labelmates dropped the official music video for their new track, "Late Night," on November 28. It's fun and colorful, and includes cameos from fellow labelmates Woo Won Jae, CODE KUNST, ELO and DJ Wegun. The release comes after the recent announcement that Loco will join the military in February, as a conscripted policeman. According to the Korea Herald ... Loco will enlist in the military on Feb. 7, 2019, according to AOMG. The rapper will receive basic military training at the Korea Army Training Center in Nonsan, South Chungcheong Province, for five weeks, and continue his service at a local police station. Tickets for Jay Park's "Serenades & Body Rolls" tour featuring LNGSHOT are going fast

Fans hoping to get a ticket to the second part of Jay Park's "Serenades & Body Rolls" tour featuring his new KPOP group LNGSHOT may be out of luck soon. Tickets are going fast. Park announced on June 9th he and his group would be hitting the stage in September and October. Tickets for the general public went on sale on Friday, June 12th, with many venues close to selling out seats near the main stage by Sunday, June 14th. Park first announced his "Serenades & Body Rolls" tour in February 2025, hitting cities in Asia. This time around, he and his new boy band will perform in the United States, Europe and South America, his first in the U.S. in seven years and the first in South America. MILLION MARKET producer duo GXXD (Girlnexxtdoor) dropped their debut self-titled EP "GXXD," on January 5. The duo consists of South Korean producers; Vangdale and Seyoung. Their three track mini-project includes features with MOON, Sik-K, Coogie and Goopy on a mix of trap, jazz, R&B and other beats.
