New Video Drop: Rich Brian - "Cold" (Official Music Video)

Rich Brian (or Brian Imanuel) has done it again. Blowing away music fans with a new release. This time it's the visuals for the track "Cold." The music video shows the young Indonesian rapper skating on ice. When's the last time you've seen a rapper at an ice skating rink? The unusual artistry is perfect timing. Rich Brian and 88rising dropping it, as the world watches the Winter Olympics in PyeongChang, South Korea.

"Cold" comes from Brian's debut album "Amen." In the description under the video, there's a special thank you to American figure skater Jimmy Ma, who blew up on social media after a hip-hop performance. He performed to "Turn Down For What" by DJ Snake and Lil Jon during the U.S. Figure Skating Championship last month.

The show was originally scheduled to take place in May, toward the beginning of her tour, but she postponed the show until October. NEW MUSIC & MV: INNA x Vinka - "Bebe"

An eccentric collaboration between Romanian singer INNA, and Vinka from Uganda. The two released their colorful official music video with moves from a subway train, for their song "Bebe" on November 4th. Inna is known for her 2008 breakout hit "Hot." Vinka, an artist under record label - Swangz Avenue, has been moving up in the music scene in Africa and making moves in Europe. Check out their new collaboration "Bebe" below.

Rapper Dok2 talks about working with Jay Park and G-Dragon (from BIGBANG) in Ep. 31 of "Fun With Dumb"

Illionaire Records co-founder Dok2 is a pioneer in the South Korean hip-hop industry, but he rarely gives interviews. Lucky for fans, the rapper sat down on two separate occasions recently to talk about his life and the rise of hip-hop in South Korea. The first interview was for the March 7th face to face with rapper Snacky Chan for Chan's YouTube series - "Undergod." The second was for American rapper Dumbfoundead's March 20th (ep. 31) podcast of "Fun With Dumb." During the podcast, Dok2 provided a mini-history lesson for anyone interested in South Korean hip-hop. Beginning with his early rise, the rapper says he's been making moves in the industry since 2002 when he was 12-years-old. He told Dumbfoundead that he used to attend a school for foreigners in Busan (because of his mixed Korean, Spanish and Filipino heritage), but after 6th grade he moved to Seoul and did not return back to school (due to family financial reasons). Peruvian-American singer A.CHAL (Alejandro Chal Salazar) is working through his emotions in his new single "Numb The Pain". The artist dropped his new song and the official music video for it on October 13. On social media A.CHAL says the visual was shot in Huanchaco, Trujillo, Peru. He says as a child he remembers living there on the sand in a small hut. The singer says the song itself was recorded in Paris. South Korean rapper Coogie drops new single as contract with AOMG expires

South Korean artist Coogie dropped his new single "1,2,3,4,5" on January 23, 2025--the same day record label AOMG announced its exclusive contract with the rapper had come to an end. Coogie signed with AOMG in 2022. He was previously signed under hip-hop label ATMseoul. He became known for his sing-song melodic rap style after participating in the South Korean rap competition series Show Me The Money 777 in 2018. The translation to AOMG's post on X reads... Tickets for Jay Park's "Serenades & Body Rolls" tour featuring LNGSHOT are going fast

Fans hoping to get a ticket to the second part of Jay Park's "Serenades & Body Rolls" tour featuring his new KPOP group LNGSHOT may be out of luck soon. Tickets are going fast. Park announced on June 9th he and his group would be hitting the stage in September and October. Tickets for the general public went on sale on Friday, June 12th, with many venues close to selling out seats near the main stage by Sunday, June 14th. Jack Harlow says the only tour he's going on for the rest of 2023 is in Kentucky

Kentucky native Jack Harlow announced the return of his No Place Like Home tour back in August. The tour includes stops in six Kentucky cities. Taking his third annual hometown shows to a new level, the new leg of the tour will kick off on Friday, November 24 at Owensboro Sports Center in Owensboro, and will wrap in Lexington at Rupp Arena on Sunday, December 3. On social media, Harlow posted that it's the only tour he's going on this year. Tickets are on sale now through Ticketmaster. Harlow is from Louisville and performed last in his hometown in December. He just dropped the official music video for his song "Denver" on August 30. The song is from his latest album: "Jackman." The only tour I’m going on this year. AOMG Welcomes Sogumm to the Label after her "Signhere" win on MBN

South Korean label AOMG (founded by Jay Park), now has two female artists. AOMG welcomed Sogumm to the team on October 31, after the final episode of Signhere on MBN. The singer took home first place, on the competition show. Her total scores for her performance beating out Meloh, Maddox and MBA. Sogumm joins Hoody, and a crew of popular male artists, as the second woman signed to AOMG. Hoody became the first female artist to sign to the hip-hop and R&B record label back in 2015.
