CL Shares Clips Of Unreleased English MV - New Year's Day Gift For Fans

On January 1st, 2018, CL (Lee Chae-rin) posted clips on Instagram, of an unreleased music video, sung in English. And in the post before the video, she wrote on Instagram, that this time last year, she promised she would put out new music in 2017 (last year). She said the video that she was posting, was shot over a year ago, and it may or may not ever officially come out, but she loved it, and was sad that it wasn't released. She even wrote that she might get in trouble for showing clips of the video on Instagram.

CL, the former lead rapper of the now disbanded kpop girl group, 2NE1, had been in the U.S. working on an English language album, when she released her last hit single in English, "Lifted," in 2016. It currently has more than 26 million views on YouTube.

The song CL uploaded to Instagram on New Year's Day, 2018, has a catchy "I need you all In" beat. The video includes female fencers dancing for some of the scenes, and it would have done really well, if YG Entertainment had officially released it.

A wild Battle of the Bands (Simmons College vs. Kentucky State) during this year's Roots and Heritage festival parade in Lexington

Bigger crowds for the 2024 Roots and Heritage Parade and Battle of the Bands in Lexington, Kentucky. The parade started earlier than usual, at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, September 7, but still hundreds of people lined the streets to see local organizations along with Bryan Station High school, Central High School, Simmons College of Kentucky and Kentucky State University march down the road. The Parade on Saturday began on Fourth Street and Elm Tree Lane, turned right onto ML King, right onto Fifth Street, right onto Race Street, right onto Third Street and ended on Elm Tree Lane The parade was followed by a wild and exciting Battle of the Bands and band performances. It was held outside the historic Lyric Theatre on East Third Street and Elm Tree Lane. The festival started with an African American marketplace on Friday and wrapped with a gospel celebration on Sunday. Check out the parade and bands below.

Korean-American hip-hop and R&B artist Jay Park, dropped his 4th full album "Everything You Wanted," online on October 19. Australian singer William Singe is bringing the heat and heartbreak in a new single and visual titled-- "Love You Like Me." The alt-R&B track hit streaming sites on September 6. New Album Drop: SKULL - "SAJAH" with "YE YE YE YO" MV (feat. SUPERBEE)

South Korean reggae artist SKULL, has released a new album titled "SAJAH." The LP dropped on June 14, along with a music video for one of its tracks --"YE YE YE YO" (featuring SUPERBEE). The visual shows scenes from Kingston, Jamaica and Seoul, South Korea. SKULL had also previously released another visual for the album - Fosho on June 7th, (featuring KOONTA, MION and VIGORMAN).

The Seattle, WA concert included performances of unreleased tracks, a b-boy dance break from AOM, a music video shoot in the middle of the venue, and a surprise appearance from label co-CEO Jay Park. Jay Park has premiered the full English version of his song "Yacht." The singer performed it for the first time on Dec. 5, on former U.S. Vice President Al Gore's "24 Hours of Reality." Fans still have questions about ECÂF after the release of Ruel's new single & MV - "Face To Face"

On Sept. 10, he revealed that the actress portraying ECÂF in the music video and on Twitter, is named Tatiana. H1GHR MUSIC fans have more questions after label drops compilation single - "BRB"

H1GHR MUSIC returned with a new compilation single and visual on July 27. The title for the new song-- "BRB," is an acronym for "Be Right Back." The track produced by GroovyRoom and Cha Cha Malone, includes arstists HAON, Sik-K, TRADE L, BIG Naughty, pH-1, PARK HYEON JIN, JAY B and Jay Park. The song includes the lyrics: "We'll meet again after looking around" and "H1GHR gang, no label, issa la familia." Fans are commenting under the official music video for the song, saying the lyrics are sad and appear to suggest an ending or hiatus. The new release comes just days after rapper pH-1 deleted his posts on Instagram and after H1GHR MUSIC announced the departures of rapper Sik-K and GOT7 singer JAY B, after the expiration of their contracts. Sik-K had been with the label since its founding, while JAY B had been with H1GHR for just a year. The South Korean label was founded by Jay Park and Cha Cha Malone in 2017.
