SONGS OF THE DAY: for a Prosperous New Year - Woogie - "Man Just Wanna Get Paid" (feat. Jay Park) & Cardi B - "Money"

If your New Year's Resolution includes making more money in 2019, here are two tracks (anthems) released in 2018 to get you hyped, as you reach your goal.

1.    WOOGIE - "MAN JUST WANNA GET PAID," featuring Jay Park. The track is from H1GHR MUSIC South Korean producer WOOGIE's second EP, Rewind My Tape, Pt. 2. The mini-album dropped on December 16. The song features H1GHR MUSIC co-CEO Jay Park (from Seattle and Seoul) crooning on vocals with an old school vibe. It includes the lyrics - "to survive I do what I gotta do / because a man just wanna get paid."

2.    CARDI B – "MONEY": The rapper dropped her latest single two days ahead of schedule on October 22. Hitting the piano keys, The Bronx, New York native boasts; "I was born to flex / diamonds on my neck / I like boardin' jets / I like mornin' sex / but nothing in this world that I like more than checks." The song was her first release since her debut album Invasion of Privacy, back in April. She dropped her stunning music video as a visual for "Money" on December 21, and true to Cardi B style… the song and the video include explicit content.
