It's all about the "HUSTLE" for rappers Los and Dok2

Throwing down some old school beats and flow, rappers Los and Dok2 have teamed up for a new DOOMSDAY produced track titled - "HUSTLE." The single was released under WESTUP RECORDS on January 21.

Illionaire Records (Ghood Life Crew and Ambition Musik) co-founder Dok2 (who's also been a judge/producer on the South Korean series Show Me The Money), captioned on Instagram with his lyrics, that he "hustles even when taking a break." California rapper (and former contestant on SMTM) Los, captioned "RESPECT THE HUSTLE" on Instagram. Listen to the preview of the new single below.

New Music: South Korean R&B singer MELOH returns with Self-titled EP

Fans have been watching for South Korean singer MELOH ever since he hit the stage for AOMG's Signhere audition TV show program in 2019 on MBN. While he didn't finish first, he did make it to the finals with his smooth vocals. Fast forward to 2021, and MELOH is back with his first EP, titled "MELOH," and signed to the new hip-hop label-- Daytona Entertainment, founded by The Quiett and Yumdda. Bruno Mars shares Behind the Scenes clip from the Making of "24K Magic"

Bruno Mars has shared a never before seen clip of the making of "24K Magic," the title track and lead single from his third studio album (of the same name). On June 27, the singer uploaded video on Twitter and Instagram, and wrote that he found it in his cell phone. The video shows producer Brody Brown and Mars trying to figure out the groove for "24k Magic" in 2015. According to Bruno Mars, they tried nearly 100 different patterns and pockets to finally land what we hear today (a Zapp & Roger inspired track). London artist B Young has returned with a hot new single. The rapper/singer dropped his new song "OCEAN" featuring Nigerian singer BNXN, with an official music video on June 30. The visual includes beautiful scenes on a beach with a beautiful model. The song produced by AymixBeats is B Young's first release since his 2021 debut album "Differences."

Previously we've seen them collaborate on such hits and music videos like Millic's "Paradise" and Zico's "Fanxy Child" and "Bermuda Triangle." Hip-Hop artist French Montana is taking fans once again back to Africa. In 2017, we got to experience the rhythm of Uganda, in his video "Unforgettable," (ft. Swae Lee). Now for 2018, in a new video called "Famous," Montana takes us to Morocco, where he was born and raised (he moved to the U.S. when he was a teen). The visual was uploaded on January 18. With it, we see his love for the people, the land, and the culture, including his favorite childhood sport of soccer. Montana also visits his grandmother's grave, and towards the end of the video, he takes us to an outdoor celebration, with traditional dancers and clothing. The mv is beautiful and compelling. Rapper Dok2 talks about working with Jay Park and G-Dragon (from BIGBANG) in Ep. 31 of "Fun With Dumb"

Illionaire Records co-founder Dok2 is a pioneer in the South Korean hip-hop industry, but he rarely gives interviews. Lucky for fans, the rapper sat down on two separate occasions recently to talk about his life and the rise of hip-hop in South Korea. The first interview was for the March 7th face to face with rapper Snacky Chan for Chan's YouTube series - "Undergod." The second was for American rapper Dumbfoundead's March 20th (ep. 31) podcast of "Fun With Dumb." During the podcast, Dok2 provided a mini-history lesson for anyone interested in South Korean hip-hop. Beginning with his early rise, the rapper says he's been making moves in the industry since 2002 when he was 12-years-old. He told Dumbfoundead that he used to attend a school for foreigners in Busan (because of his mixed Korean, Spanish and Filipino heritage), but after 6th grade he moved to Seoul and did not return back to school (due to family financial reasons). He has shared his story hundreds of times. CEO Jay Park got his start in the music industry after auditioning in Seattle as a teen to join JYP, one of the largest entertainment companies in South Korea. According to online sources, after being accepted, Park trained in South Korea as part of a kpop group known as One Day. Part of the group's training was broadcast as a reality survival documentary show on MNET called Hot Blood . After the show, One Day was split into two separate groups-- 2AM and 2PM. Via fan votes, Park became the leader of 2PM. 2PM debuted with the song "10 Out of 10" in 2008. But by 2010, Park was officially out of the group, and back home in Seattle. Fast forward to today, and Jay Park is signed to Roc Nation and has founded his own entertainment companies; hip-hop labels AOMG and H1GHR MUSIC, and he is now currently launching an AOMG audition program called "Sign Here" on MBN.
