Back in 2016, Latin singer Jesse Baez delivered a sexy R&B debut EP titled "B.A.E.Z." Now the soulful crooner is back with a new album, "Turbo."  The EP dropped on July 27, with a music video for its second track "Quiero Saber," featuring Dillon Francis. And just like his first EP, Baez's smooth raspy vocals captivate on strong beats. But unlike the first album, this one mixes up the sounds to deliver not only R&B, but also Latin trap, EDM and pop. Seattle melodic rapper Jarv Dee dropped his new seven track EP "Safe Travels" on July 27. A visual for one of its tracks, "100," featuring Kris Kasanova, was released the day before on YouTube. Ahead of the release of his forthcoming album "Summer Grooves," South Korean rapper Paloalto has a dropped an official music video for the first track off it, titled "Joy," featuring H1GHR MUSIC's Ted Park on vocals. Rapper Simon Dominic has resigned as co-CEO of AOMG, a South Korean hip-hop label he ran with founder Jay Park. Fans first became aware of the move, when Simon D released a surprise live performance video of a new track on July 25, titled "Me No Jay Park." The video of him on the mic, on AOMG's YouTube channel, contains English subtitles with the lyrics that say..."I'm writing a resignation letter and this song is it," and "I'mma release the stocks to AOMG first up," "(DJ) Pumkin go meet up with CJ so there's no problems," "But you gotta step up as CEO and pull me down as an employee." According to online magazine Soompi, after the release of the video, AOMG released an official statement confirming Simon Dominic's resignation, but it also says the rapper is not leaving the label. H1GHR MUSIC's melodic singer/rapper, Ted Park, has dropped the visual for what could be one of his most profound pieces of work. The Official Music Video for "Let it Go" dropped on July 24. A member of kpop boy band BTS, has taken up the "In My Feelings" challenge. On July 23, BTS tweeted video of Jung Ho-seok (also known as J-Hope), doing the challenge with body rolls in the middle of a parking lot or street. The challenge consists of a dance created back in June, by comedian Shiggy, to Drake's "In My Feelings" track. After Shiggy posted his dance to social media, it caught on as a viral challenge, with people from all over the world participating in it, including Will Smith, Ciara and H1GHR MUSIC's Sik-K . Most people who dance the challenge, then upload their version online with the following hashtags... #kikichallenge, #DoTheShiggy, #theshiggychallenge, #kekechallenge and #inmyfeelingschallenge. According to online reports, martial arts icon Bruce Lee, died on July 20, 1973. He was only 32-years-old. On July 21, 2018, forty-five years later, one day after the anniversary of his death, two rappers from China, Al Rocco and Jackson Wang, drop a music video of their track, titled after the legendary fighter. Wang, currently on tour with his kpop group GOT7, raps in English. Al Rocco spits bars in both Chinese and English. The single dropped the week before on July 14. The music video follows a teen who's been bullied, but learns kung fu with the help of Rocco. Rocco and Wang say their track "expresses the strength of the Chinese people." A new summer song from BlocBoy JB and 88rising artist Joji. "Peach Jam" dropped as a single with an official music video on July 17, with rhythmic sounds from Joji on vocals and BlocBoy JB on the rap flow. This isn't the first collaboration for BlocBoy JB and 88rising. The rapper from Memphis, TN also teamed up with 88rising's Higher Brothers for "Let It Go," which dropped on July 10. Jackson Wang is on a World Tour right now with his kpop idol group GOT7, but the rapper still found time to collaborate with fellow Chinese rapper  Al Rocco , on a track titled "Bruce Lee." The single dropped on July 14, and begins with an audio recording of the martial arts legend, Bruce Lee, as an intro to the song. Produced by Fader One, according to the description released for it, the song "expresses the strength of the Chinese people through the power of music and kung fu." Lyrics with Wang include... H1GHR MUSIC's rapper Avatar Darko has joined forces with hip-hop artist Fazt, to honor a fallen Seattle friend, in a new project titled "Chuck District." The EP dropped on July 5, and includes the tracks; "Life on the Line," "Brodi," "Faster Than My Bullet" and "What My OG Told Me." On Instagram Avatar writes...
