Central Cee drops debut album "Can't Rush Greatness"

After a decade in the game, London rapper Central Cee has returned with his debut album "Can't Rush Greatness." His 17-track release hit streaming sites on January 24 with fast flowing lyrics of reflection, introspection and flexes.  Features on the project include Young Miko, 21 Savage, Dave, Lil Durk and Lil Baby.  The album follows the success of his mixtapes "Wild West" in 2021 and "23" in 2022. The 26-year-old UK Drill artist has been recording music since 2015.

Steve Aoki and BTS drop their latest collab - "Waste It On Me"

The latest joint production from American EDM DJ-producer Steve Aoki and global kpop stars BTS, is all in English. The synth heavy pop track, "Waste It On Me," was released on October 25th with a lyric video on YouTube. The single will be on Aoki's upcoming album "Neon Future III," dropping on November 9th. This is the third collaboration for the musicians.  Previous ventures together include, "MIC Drop" and "The Truth Untold."

Choreographer Parris Goebel's New Sexy Dance "Film" to Justin Bieber's new song is "YUMMY"

Song of The Day: Khea - "Loca" (Remix) featuring Bad Bunny, Duki & Cazzu

The Spanish lyrics are explicit when translated into English, but this Latin Trap remix is so alluring, that you just can't help but to groove to it. Hip-hop artist Khea, from Argentina, dropped his "Loca" remix video featuring Bad Bunny, Duki and Cazzu back in April, and it currently has more than 173-million views on YouTube. The track, with its repetitive beat is about a "crazy" woman on social media, but towards the end of it, we hear the seductive female response from Argentine rapper Cazzu. Jay Park to drop new R&B album in October

Singer Jay Park has announced on social media his plans to release a new R&B album next month. The Seattle to Seoul artist says the project will be out on October 8th, his first in eight years. His previous R&B album "Everything You Wanted" dropped on October 20, 2016. On his recent social media post, Park also joked about deleting his Instagram Account and said there will be a tour in 2025. He deleted his previous IG account in 2022. Could J-HOPE's "Hope World" Be The Best Mixtape of 2018?

by Nefertiti Jenkins BTS rapper J-Hope has dropped his first mixtape, and a music video ( "Daydream" ) to go with it.  The visual is currently trending in the top ten on YouTube. In less than twelve hours, it's gotten more than 9 million views. J-Hope is also currently trending on Twitter, and maybe it's because he's also a dancer... but the mixtape itself, with seven tracks (in Korean and some English) is worth dancing to.   Dropped on March 1 (or March 2, KST), "Hope World" gives BTS fans a side we don't always get to see from J-Hope. Known for being sweet and goofy, his lyrics go deep with some old school hip-hop beats, and could be on its way to being one of the best mixtapes of 2018.   This is the first solo album for J-Hope (fellow BTS rappers RM and Suga have each previously dropped mixtapes).  The tracks for "Hope World" take us up and down on a J-Hope vibe. New Music: JOOHEON drops intense mixtape "DWTD" with "RED CARPET" visual

South Korean rapper Jooheon from kpop group MONSTA X, delivers a mixed bag of intense hip-hop on his new solo EP titled "DWTD (Do What They Do)."  The five-track mixtape dropped on August 31, with a colorful official music video for the melodic title track "Red Carpet." Jooheon takes credit for the lyrics on each track, but received an assist from producer Ye-Yo! on the electric "Kang Baek-ho" and "Manito." Also lending a hand, is featured rapper Killagramz on "Runway," produced by Dakshood. While khip-hop (Yelows Mob) producer BOYCOLD takes co-credit for the horn fusion production of "Red Carpet," and 9F co-produced "Should I do." South Korean rapper Coogie drops new single as contract with AOMG expires

South Korean artist Coogie dropped his new single "1,2,3,4,5" on January 23, 2025--the same day record label AOMG announced its exclusive contract with the rapper had come to an end. Coogie signed with AOMG in 2022.  He was previously signed under hip-hop label ATMseoul. He became known for his sing-song melodic rap style after participating in the South Korean rap competition series Show Me The Money 777 in 2018.  The translation to AOMG's post on X reads... "Hello, this is AOMG. We would like to inform you that Coogie's exclusive contract has ended on January 23, 2025. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all the fans who have shown much support and interest in Coogie and his wonderful activities that have made AOMG shine for a long time.
