Hot New Music: Jack Harlow - "First Class," Paulo Londra - "Chance" and ChaMane - "26"

Hip-hop is dominating the charts from around the world. During the week ending April 9, some hot new music hit streaming sites, including new hits from Louisville, KY rapper Jack Harlow, Argentine artist Paulo Londra and South Korean rapper ChaMane. Jack Harlow's banger "First Class" rolled out on streaming sites on April 8, with an official visualizer (that's currently trending on YouTube) just days after a preview of the song on social media with the artist in the studio went viral. The rapper samples Fergie’s 2006 hit “Glamorous” in "First Class." According to Chart Data, the new song has already topped the global Spotify chart and has earned the biggest chart debut of the year. BTS singer Jung Kook teams up with Kentucky rapper Jack Harlow for new single "3D"

Singer Jung Kook is back with another high-profile collaboration. The artist is a member of the Korean boy band BTS. He dropped his newest single "3D," featuring Kentucky rapper Jack Harlow, on September 29.  This is the first joint venture between Jung Kook and Jack Harlow. It follows Jung Kook's collaboration with Latto for his song "Seven," which dropped on July 14. It also follows Harlow's release of his April 2023 album "Jackman," and the announcement of his upcoming "No Place Like Home" tour.  In the song "3D," Harlow promises to fly someone from "Korea to Kentucky." Rapper Shotta Spence Shares his Mother's Story

Shotta Spence, the 21-year-old up and coming rapper from New Jersey, shared part of his mother's journey from Vietnam, on Instagram, on Monday, September 4, as he wished her a Happy Birthday, and thanked her for supporting him as an artist. In his post, Shotta Spence (Spence Lee) wrote that when his mother was a little girl in Vietnam,  "the communist North had taken everything from her family. During the war, her parents and siblings had to escape further south in a TANK. The South Vietnamese and the Americans were losing the war, and she got separated from her family in the chaos. U.S. soldiers evacuated her via "Operation Babylift" ... on the LAST flight out." B.I links up with Soulja Boy and DeVita in new song - "BTBT"

South Korean rapper and singer B.I dropped his new collaboration "BTBT," with American rapper Soulja Boy on May 13. His song featuring AOMG singer DeVita, is a pre-release off his upcoming album project "LOVE OR LOVED [L.O.L]." The single is a mixture of dance vibes with afrobeat backgrounds. The song title refers to a Korean phrase that means staggering.  B.I is a former member of Kpop group iKON, and he's now releasing music as a solo artist under his 131 Label, affiliated with IOK Music. On May 13, the rapper released a futuristic music video with the rollout for "BTBT." He has also announced a performance video with choreography by AITTY TOO for the single. That visual is due out on May 17 (or May 18 KST). 

Kid From Chris Brown's MV Uploads New Videos

                                                                         He's a rising star of Hip-Hop culture and moves like a young Usher, Chris Brown or Jay Park. Sheaden Gabriel, from California, has been a YouTube sensation for years and he's only 13-years-old. He's the kid seen dancing and making crazy faces on a number of choreographers' channels, and recently was one of the dancers featured in Chris Brown's new music video "Party." This week Gabriel has been uploading videos to his YouTube channel , and it's the first time he's done so in more than a year. The first video this week (on January 30, 2017) is a contemporary styled dance to "Rain Dance" with choreography from Jason Rodelo. It's a very emotional mature piece for him. Capturing the emotion of the moment, Arlissa's "Every Time I Breathe" moved audiences worldwide, when the song was played during the final scene of the April 17th episode of the new CW Charmed series (Season 2, ep. 18). KHip-Hop Tours/Concerts Happening Soon in 2022

Fans of South Korean hip-hop will soon have a chance to see their favorite artists on stage. More than two years after the coronavirus pandemic put live in-person performances on hold, now with declining cases globally, artists are once again preparing to go on tour.  That includes Khip-hop rapper, Hi-Lite Records founder Paloalto, as well as AOMG artists YUGYEOM, Woo, Coogie, Sogumm, DeVita and DJ Wegun. In addition, Kpop mega stars BTS are also preparing for a mini- Las Vegas residency.  ( Part 2: Hip-hop and R&B Concerts/Tours Happening Soon in 2022 (summer, fall, winter) ) Rapper Paloalto kicks off the Khip-hop tour season. His U.S. tour begins March 10 in New York. CONCERT WATCH: '88 Degrees & Rising' Tour - Rich Brian, Joji, Keith Ape, Higher Brothers, KOHH, NIKI, AUGUST 08, Don Krez and More

Following the announcement of their upcoming Head In The Clouds Festival , taking place in September, in Los Angeles, CA -- 88rising announced on June 18, that it will also be taking its artists on the road. The label's '88 Degrees & Rising Tour' will feature hip-hop and R&B artists Rich Brian, Joji, Keith Ape, Higher Brothers, KOHH, NIKI, AUGUST 08, Don Krez and more. The tour, including Los Angeles, includes stops this fall, in Philadelphia, Canada, New York, Detroit, Atlanta and Chicago for a total right now, of 17 North American cities.
