Sharing his story of progression with a little funk and jazz, London rapper Kojey Radical dropped his third album, "Cashmere Tears," on September 13. An eccentric gifted storyteller, who sometimes sounds like American hip-hop duo OutKast, i.e. his title track "Cashmere Tears" and the song "Hours."
