Simon Dominic Celebrates Birthday With New Single - "Party Forever"

The party days are far from over for AOMG rapper Simon Dominic, although it's up in the air, if he'll be having a good time. In celebration of his birthday, the 37-year-old South Korean artist dropped his new single "Party Forever" on March 9. AOMG also uploaded an Official Live Clip of his performance of the song, with English subtitles on YouTube. Check it out below.

Russ returns with New Single & MV - "AINT GOIN BACK"

Atlanta-bred artist Russ has returned with a visual for his new self-produced track. The rapper dropped the official music video for his "AINT GOIN BACK" on March 26. The Edgar Esteves directed video puts Russ in a mansion, spitting out lyrics; saying he's not going back to "when it was no Russ, just Russell." According to his online bio, Russ is of Sicilian descent and was born in 1992 as Russell Vital in New Jersey. He lived in North Carolina and Kentucky, before moving to Georgia. His last full length studio project dropped last year in September, titled "ZOO." It followed "There's Really A Wolf," a project mix of trap and R&B. Check out his new music video below.

Rapper GUN is trapped inside an "AQUARIUM" in new single and MV release

LowLand crew member GUN from South Korea's STARSHIPX Entertainment delivers melodic lyrics from inside a glass aquarium while waiting on his love, in a new music video for his latest single. The track and blue tinted visual dropped on April 1st. It follows the rapper's previous release of "Red Light" with crew member Jhnovr in mid 2018. New Music & MV: FANXY CHILD - "Y" featuring Zico, Crush, Dean, Penomeco, Millic & Staytuned

Perhaps one of the best known hip-hop and R&B crews in South Korea, members of FANXY CHILD have teamed up once again to drop a new single and visual titled "Y." The track hit streaming sites on August 9th featuring ZICO, CRUSH, DEAN, PENOMECO and producers MILLIC and STAYTUNED. Previously we've seen them collaborate on such hits and music videos like Millic's "Paradise" and Zico's "Fanxy Child" and "Bermuda Triangle." AOMG Welcomes Sogumm to the Label after her "Signhere" win on MBN

South Korean label AOMG (founded by Jay Park), now has two female artists. AOMG welcomed Sogumm to the team on October 31, after the final episode of Signhere on MBN. The singer took home first place, on the competition show. Her total scores for her performance beating out Meloh, Maddox and MBA. Sogumm joins Hoody, and a crew of popular male artists, as the second woman signed to AOMG. Hoody became the first female artist to sign to the hip-hop and R&B record label back in 2015. With sultry vocals and a smoky visual, singer CHAI released her debut single "Give and Take" on June 19, with an official music video. South African singer-songwriter Tyla is one of the hottest rising stars of 2023. Rapper Dok2 talks about working with Jay Park and G-Dragon (from BIGBANG) in Ep. 31 of "Fun With Dumb"

Illionaire Records co-founder Dok2 is a pioneer in the South Korean hip-hop industry, but he rarely gives interviews. Lucky for fans, the rapper sat down on two separate occasions recently to talk about his life and the rise of hip-hop in South Korea. The first interview was for the March 7th face to face with rapper Snacky Chan for Chan's YouTube series - "Undergod." The second was for American rapper Dumbfoundead's March 20th (ep. 31) podcast of "Fun With Dumb." During the podcast, Dok2 provided a mini-history lesson for anyone interested in South Korean hip-hop. Beginning with his early rise, the rapper says he's been making moves in the industry since 2002 when he was 12-years-old. He told Dumbfoundead that he used to attend a school for foreigners in Busan (because of his mixed Korean, Spanish and Filipino heritage), but after 6th grade he moved to Seoul and did not return back to school (due to family financial reasons).
