Simon Dominic Celebrates Birthday With New Single - "Party Forever"

The party days are far from over for AOMG rapper Simon Dominic, although it's up in the air, if he'll be having a good time. In celebration of his birthday, the 37-year-old South Korean artist dropped his new single "Party Forever" on March 9. AOMG also uploaded an Official Live Clip of his performance of the song, with English subtitles on YouTube. Check it out below.

A lot of big names in the music industry were there, including the founder of Roc Nation, Jay-Z, and his beautiful wife Beyoncé. Also there, as part of the Roc Nation label, was musician Jay Park, and the co-CEO of one of his labels (H1GHR MUSIC), Cha Cha Malone. Fans of the four got to share in the moment, with pictures that were uploaded on social media. Jay Park posted photos on Instagram of his meeting with Beyoncé and Jay-Z. Rapper Dok2 talks about working with Jay Park and G-Dragon (from BIGBANG) in Ep. 31 of "Fun With Dumb"

Illionaire Records co-founder Dok2 is a pioneer in the South Korean hip-hop industry, but he rarely gives interviews. Lucky for fans, the rapper sat down on two separate occasions recently to talk about his life and the rise of hip-hop in South Korea. The first interview was for the March 7th face to face with rapper Snacky Chan for Chan's YouTube series - "Undergod." The second was for American rapper Dumbfoundead's March 20th (ep. 31) podcast of "Fun With Dumb." During the podcast, Dok2 provided a mini-history lesson for anyone interested in South Korean hip-hop. Beginning with his early rise, the rapper says he's been making moves in the industry since 2002 when he was 12-years-old. He told Dumbfoundead that he used to attend a school for foreigners in Busan (because of his mixed Korean, Spanish and Filipino heritage), but after 6th grade he moved to Seoul and did not return back to school (due to family financial reasons). Mural of Rapper Dumbfoundead Vandalized

The iconic mural of rapper Dumbfoundead painted on the side of Catalina Liquor in Koreatown in Los Angeles, has been vandalized-- that's according to a social media post from the artist. A picture of the vandalism, shows letters spray painted across it. On July 16th, Dumbfoundead thanked painter Joseph Yun Lee and Catalina Liquor on Instagram for "wanting to keep the mural up as long as they did." The mural was originally painted for the rapper's 2016 music video "Murals," a visual off his "We Might Die" album. Last year, he tweeted that he was getting a least one tagged photo a day from fans who had taken a picture in front of it. CONCERT WATCH: Flowsik in Europe This Summer

After back to back collaborations with rapper/singer Jessi, Korean-American rapper Flowsik is hitting the road, and going on a mini-tour in Europe. The tour is presented by the kpop party crew, Young Bros, and kicks off June 1st in Amsterdam. Meanwhile his two releases with Korean-American star Jessi, are doing well. The feel good song "All I Need," dropped on March 31, and Flowsik and Jessi have promoted the track on Korean music shows. The second release, "Wet," dropped on April 4, and the sexy visual for it, has more than a million views on YouTube. A lot of people were first introduced to (Jay Pak) Flowsik with the release of the melodic quick flow of the "The Calling," and then with his part on "EUNG FREESTYLE," the viral rap track, he collaborated on with other heavy hitters such as LIVE, Sik-K, Punchnello and Owen Ovadoz. Fans have been looking for this since October of 2017 , when the hip-hop label H1GHR MUSIC, first announced that they were going to have a 2018 North America Tour. YUGYEOM Shows Off his Dance Moves after Signing to Jay Park's label AOMG

It's official, GOT7's Kim Yugyeom is the latest artist to sign to Jay Park's first label AOMG. The announcement was made at midnight, KST, on February 19. As the newest member of the hip-hop and R&B label, YUGYEOM joins veteran singers, rappers and producers such as Loco, Gray, Simon Dominic, Hoody and Code Kunst, as well as newer artists Woo Won-jae, Sogumm, Punchnello, DeVita and Lee Hi. Jay Park founded AOMG in 2013. YUGYEOM's move to AOMG follows his departure from JYP Entertainment. He and his fellow GOT7 boy band members, who debuted in 2014, left JYP in January, after their contract with the entertainment company expired. Former 'K-pop Star 5' Singer - Lexie Liu - Now Signed with 88rising

U.S. media company, 88rising, announced a new addition to their label on June 19, with a tweet that read, "Introducing Lexie Liu Boxin to the 88rising gang." The tweet included a link to Lexie Liu's new video, "Like A Mercedes," which dropped on the 88rising YouTube channel. The 19-year-old singer-songwriter from China, might be a familiar face for some kpop fans. According to media reports, in 2015, she participated in K-pop Star 5 , a South Korean competition show, where agencies hold auditions to find potential kpop stars. She came in fourth place, and was offered a deal with one of the largest entertainment companies in South Korea, YG Entertainment, but she later declined. The singer's debut single and mv for 88rising, "Like A Mercedes," centers around a cyberpunk virtual reality storyline, with R&B and melodic hip-hop sounds in English and Chinese. Representing Sauce Cartel, rappers Jito Mo and Lil Cherry are back with new music, and a visual for their track "ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT." The official music video for it dropped on May 31.
