BTS singer Jung Kook teams up with Kentucky rapper Jack Harlow for new single "3D"

Singer Jung Kook is back with another high-profile collaboration. The artist is a member of the Korean boy band BTS. He dropped his newest single "3D," featuring Kentucky rapper Jack Harlow, on September 29. 

This is the first joint venture between Jung Kook and Jack Harlow. It follows Jung Kook's collaboration with Latto for his song "Seven," which dropped on July 14. It also follows Harlow's release of his April 2023 album "Jackman," and the announcement of his upcoming "No Place Like Home" tour. 

In the song "3D," Harlow promises to fly someone from "Korea to Kentucky." Check out the music video for it above.

New Music: A.CHAL - "Numb The Pain"

Peruvian-American singer A.CHAL (Alejandro Chal Salazar) is working through his emotions in his new single "Numb The Pain". The artist dropped his new song and the official music video for it on October 13.  On social media A.CHAL says the visual was shot in Huanchaco, Trujillo, Peru. He says as a child he remembers living there on the sand in a small hut. The singer says the song itself was recorded in Paris. NEW NAME FOR BTS MEMBER (formerly Rap Monster)

The leader of the super popular kpop group BTS, from South Korea, has officially changed his name. Kim Nam-joon previously known as Rap Monster, has changed his stage name to RM. The announcement was published on the BTS official fan cafe on November 13.  RM wrote on it, that although he's been called Rap Monster for the past five years, he felt the need to change it, because that title was   getting more and more distant from the music done for the past 5 years.                                                                    -RM (via allkpop)    Back on September 19, 2017, Rap Monster announced on his Beats1Noisey Interview that he would be changing his name to RM. Rapper Dok2 talks about working with Jay Park and G-Dragon (from BIGBANG) in Ep. 31 of "Fun With Dumb"

Illionaire Records co-founder Dok2 is a pioneer in the South Korean hip-hop industry, but he rarely gives interviews. Lucky for fans, the rapper sat down on two separate occasions recently to talk about his life and the rise of hip-hop in South Korea. The first interview was for the March 7th face to face with rapper Snacky Chan for Chan's YouTube series - "Undergod."   The second was for American rapper Dumbfoundead's March 20th (ep. 31) podcast of "Fun With Dumb." During the podcast, Dok2 provided a mini-history lesson for anyone interested in South Korean hip-hop. Beginning with his early rise, the rapper says he's been making moves in the industry since 2002 when he was 12-years-old. Representing KHip-Hop at The NBA Buzzer Beat Festival in Seoul

Korean Hip-Hop or khip-hop, is hot right now. There are a lot of talented artists making some good music in South Korea at the moment. This is not kpop. This is music, from artists whose albums could play on urban radio, if they were promoting here in the United States. On July 8, 2017, INLet'sGo! got a chance to check out some of those who are making moves, and making people move. Hip-hop and R&B singers, rappers, and dancers hit two main stages at the NBA Buzzer Beat Festival at KBS Arena in Seoul, South Korea. Unfortunately, INLet'sGo! was not able to record all of the performances, but here's highlights from stage one, which includes Punchnello, OffOnOff, DPR Live, Dean, Bumzu, Horim, Niihwa, Suran, Heize and Jay Park.

Jay Sean drops visual for new single "With You" ft. Gucci Mane & Asian Doll

British singer Jay Sean has released the official music video for his new single "With You," featuring Gucci Mane and Asian Doll. The Jamar Harding directed visual dropped on April 1st, and in it, there's a lot of booty. The video shows girls in bikinis and balaclavas riding down the road on two-wheel scooters. The actual single hit streaming sites with Republic Records on March 8th, after a long break from the London artist. Check out his new MV below.

Fans still have questions about ECÂF after the release of Ruel's new single & MV - "Face To Face"

(Updated September 10) - Ruel has dropped the Behind The Scenes video for "Face To Face." On Sept. 10, he revealed that the actress portraying ECÂF in the music video and on Twitter, is named Tatiana. And the person who sings the vocals for her single release, "Pictures," is actually Ruel's sister Coco. Original Post (08/11/19) ... Showing her vocal range as an R&B artist, singer Kiana Ledé released "Take It All" on July 13, as one of seven songs on her new EP "Selfless." "Take It All" stands out on the mini album. The mostly acoustic track connects on an emotional level of maturity, which makes it today's Song of The Day. The 21-year-old artist has been active since she was a child, after winning a  Kidz Bop's Kidz Star USA talent competition in 2011. New Video Drop: JINBO Releases "So To Speak" MV featuring Crush and Hoody in honor of South Korean artist who died a "suspicious death"

by Nefertiti Jenkins Korean R&B singer JINBO has dropped the video for his collaboration work with R&B singers Crush and Hoody. The mv for "So To Speak" was released on August 14 on YouTube. The track honors with a cover, a hip-hop icon (or first generation kpop idol) in South Korea, who died a suspicious death on November 20, 1995. Rapper/Singer Kim SungJae was a member of the '90s duo DEUX, and died after his solo debut performance on SBS. According to online reports, the 23-year-old went to a hotel after the performance with his girlfriend and crew, but was found dead the next day at the hotel with 28 needle marks on him. An autopsy found traces of an animal anesthetic, or animal stimulant in his body. According to online reports, his girlfriend was arrested for the alleged murder of Kim and was sentenced, but was acquitted due to the "lack of evidence." The case is considered an unsolved mystery. Song of The Day: Villain's LIVE Video for "A Piece Of Work"

by Nefertiti Jenkins The fifth track on  Villain's first mini album is soul piercing, mesmerizing and beautiful. When you hear "A Piece Of Work" on the new "Bank Robber" EP, it will move you. The mostly hip-hop album dropped with an official music video for title track "Manitto," on August 1st with Planetarium Records. A second visual display of Villain's falsetto vocal range was uploaded days later, on August 3rd, as a live performance of "A Piece Of Work." Unlike other tracks on the album, which include lyrics in English and Korean, "A Piece Of Work" is a ballad and is almost entirely in Korean. According to translated subtitles of the Behind The Scenes video for "Bank Robber," the artist says the song is about having been in love with someone for a long time, without others (or that person) knowing. Even the scribbles on the wall are starting to fade too. I didn't erase it. The time passes by too much....

Jay Park Performs English Version of "Yacht" For "24 Hours of Reality"

Jay Park has premiered the full English version of his song "Yacht." The singer performed it for the first time on Dec. 5, on former U.S. Vice President Al Gore's "24 Hours of Reality." The program streams live every year scientists, business leaders and celebrities talking about "the climate crisis." This is the second year, for Jay Park to lend his voice and talent to the program. Park also introduced one of the singers from his label, H1GHR MUSIC, Phe Reds, who performed his sweet song "Smile."
