Jay Park to drop new R&B album in October

Singer Jay Park has announced on social media his plans to release a new R&B album next month. The Seattle to Seoul artist says the project will be out on October 8th, his first in eight years. His previous R&B album "Everything You Wanted" dropped on October 20, 2016. On his recent social media post, Park also joked about deleting his Instagram Account and said there will be a tour in 2025. He deleted his previous IG account in 2022. Check out the post below. SZA to co-headline Jack Harlow's new Gazebo music festival in Louisville

Kentucky rapper Jack Harlow is once again going big, this time with the launch of a new music festival in his hometown of Louisville. Harlow will co-headline his new two-day Gazebo Festival with grammy-award-winning singer SZA. A total of 26 acts on two stages are also a part of the lineup, including James Blake, Omar Apollo, PinkPantheress and Vince Staples. The event will also highlight Louisville's local food and culture. The festival will take place on May 25 and 26 at Louisville’s Waterfront Park on River Road. A Gazebo mobile app will be available in the app store closer to the festival dates. A portion of the proceeds from ticket sales will go to non-profit organizations through the Jack Harlow Foundation. Jay Park to Kick off First World Tour in Seoul

Hip-Hop/R&B Roc Nation artist Jay Park has announced the beginning of his first world tour. The AOMG/H1GHR MUSIC CEO's "SEXY 4EVA" World Tour kicks off in Seoul, South Korea on Saturday, July 6th at 7 p.m. and on Sunday, July 7th at 6 p.m. The title of the tour is from a track off his 2018 "Ask Bout Me" U.S. debut EP for Roc Nation. Park released the music video for the song, "Sexy 4 Eva" back on September 25th. According to AOMG, the concerts in Seoul will be held at Olympic Hall, in Olympic Park. Rapper Dumbfoundead in New Movie Co-Produced by Eminem

Hip-hop artist and battle rapper, Jonathan "Dumbfoundead" Park tweeted on Twitter on August 1, that he's in a new movie titled "Bodied." The film is directed by Joseph Kahn and co-produced by Eminem and Adi Shankar. It premieres at the Toronto International Film Festival on Sept. 7th. According to the festival's website, "Bodied" is a satirical battle rapper film , starring Anthony Michael Hall, Debra Wilson, and Calum Worthy with Dumbfoundead and fellow battle rapper Dizaster and others. Jitomo and Lil Cherry leave WEDAPLUGG RECORDS

Just a month after the release of her video "Mona Lisa," featuring Jito Mo, for Wedaplugg Records-- trap artist Lil Cherry and fellow artist Jitomo, are now both out from the label. We Da Plugg Records, run by South Korean rappers Giriboy and Swings, announced the departure on social media on Nov. 16. Artists who are still with the label are: Jhnovr, YUNHWAY and producer sAewoo. This is an announcement from We Da Plugg. Jitomo and Lil Cherry will no longer be a part of the label. Although we were disconcerted from the sudden news, both had reasons to leave and we send them in peace. Nevertheless, the agenda for We Da Plugg will not change. We sincerely thank our fans and supporters.
