It's "Now or Never" for Coi Leray with New EP & MV for the track "Do Better"

Singer Coi Leray delivers a mixed bag of hip-hop, smooth melodies and island beats in her new EP "Now or Never." The project includes features from Gunna, Sevyn Streeter, Kiana Ledé and Fetty Wap. The mini-album dropped on August 14 with an official music video for her inspirational song "Do Better," which has her rapping about reaching for more in life, during a game of flag football. Now Listening To: Tyla's - "Water" - The single that's now at the Top of Billboard’s U.S. Afrobeats Songs Chart

South African singer-songwriter Tyla is one of the hottest rising stars of 2023. She's currently taking over social media with her TikTok viral dance challenge from her latest single- “Water.” The song hit streaming sites in July. The official music video arrived on YouTube on October 6. It's currently (as of this writing) trending #26 on the site with nearly 13 million views.  According to Billboard, “Water” has also climbed to #1 on Billboard’s U.S. Afrobeats Songs Chart, dated Oct. 21-- stopping the record 58-week streak from Rema and Selena Gomez’s “Calm Down,” which had led the list since Sept. 10, 2022. “Water” marks Tyla's first top spot on any Billboard chart.  The 21-year-old Johannesburg native debuted with her first music video: "Getting Late," featuring Kooldrink in 2021. Fans still have questions about ECÂF after the release of Ruel's new single & MV - "Face To Face"

(Updated September 10) - Ruel has dropped the Behind The Scenes video for "Face To Face." On Sept. 10, he revealed that the actress portraying ECÂF in the music video and on Twitter, is named Tatiana. And the person who sings the vocals for her single release, "Pictures," is actually Ruel's sister Coco. Original Post (08/11/19) ... Global teen sensation Ruel shares a social media obsession in the visual for his new single - "Face To Face." The 16-year-old singer from Australia dropped the official music video for his song on August 8th. CONCERT WATCH: Bruno Mars Adds New Opening Acts to '24K Magic World Tour' - Ella Mai, Ciara, Boyz II Men and Charlie Wilson

In a hilarious photoshopped Instagram video post on August 14, funk singer Bruno Mars announced a lineup of special guests to replace Cardi B on the final leg of the  24K Magic World Tour.  The decision to add the four new acts comes after Cardi B dropped out of the tour in late July after giving birth to her daughter. Hitting the stage at various points during the U.S. stops, will be Ciara, Ella Mai, Boyz II Men and Charlie Wilson. Each will perform as openers for a number of shows, beginning with Boyz II Men in Denver, Colorado on September 7th. The 24K Magic World Tour  began in early 2017, and will end in November (2018) with three homecoming shows in Hawaii. More information can be found on the  Bruno Mars website. Rapper Dok2 talks about working with Jay Park and G-Dragon (from BIGBANG) in Ep. 31 of "Fun With Dumb"

Illionaire Records co-founder Dok2 is a pioneer in the South Korean hip-hop industry, but he rarely gives interviews. Lucky for fans, the rapper sat down on two separate occasions recently to talk about his life and the rise of hip-hop in South Korea. The first interview was for the March 7th face to face with rapper Snacky Chan for Chan's YouTube series - "Undergod."   The second was for American rapper Dumbfoundead's March 20th (ep. 31) podcast of "Fun With Dumb." During the podcast, Dok2 provided a mini-history lesson for anyone interested in South Korean hip-hop. Beginning with his early rise, the rapper says he's been making moves in the industry since 2002 when he was 12-years-old. He told Dumbfoundead that he used to attend a school for foreigners in Busan (because of his mixed Korean, Spanish and Filipino heritage), but after 6th grade he moved to Seoul and did not return back to school (due to family financial reasons). CONCERT WATCH: DAY6 - 1st World Tour - "YOUTH"

South Korean rock band DAY6, is going on its first world tour.  The official announcement was made on May 18. According to the group's label, JYP Entertainment, DAY6 will begin their World Tour ("YOUTH") in June, in South Korea, and then will hit stages throughout Asia, Australia, North America and Europe. SubKulture Entertainment will be promoting the North American leg of the tour, which begins Friday, November 9, in Toronto, Canada, and wraps in Los Angeles, CA on November 18, for a total of five cities, which also include Minneapolis, MN, Atlanta, GA, and Philadelphia, PA. Jay Sean drops visual for new single "With You" ft. Gucci Mane & Asian Doll

British singer Jay Sean has released the official music video for his new single "With You," featuring Gucci Mane and Asian Doll. The Jamar Harding directed visual dropped on April 1st, and in it, there's a lot of booty. The video shows girls in bikinis and balaclavas riding down the road on two-wheel scooters. New H1GHR MUSIC rapper JMIN Gives Shout-Out to the late Big Pun After The Release of his Debut EP "Homecoming"

New H1GHR MUSIC artist JMIN is celebrating the next chapter of his music career with the rollout of his debut EP "Homecoming." The Korean-American rapper dropped the mini-album on streaming sites on August 13 with a visual for his track "Dedication," featuring H1GHR MUSIC CEO Jay Park. On the day of the release, JMIN on Instagram gave a shout-out to the late rapper Big Pun, "for the inspiration for the track." Big Pun died February 7, 2000. He was known for his hit "Still Not a Player," featuring Joe, and other songs. JMIN, still an up-and-coming Los Angeles rapper, is known for his song "Spaceship," after the visual for it hit the No Jumper YouTube channel in 2018. Drawing from his church upbringing (his father was a pastor), London singer Samm Henshaw, has released a gospel chorus influenced track titled "Doubt," featuring Wretch 32. The single hit streaming sites with an official music video uploaded to YouTube on October 4. It includes cartoon animated versions of Henshaw and Wretch 32, delivering soulful epiphanic lyrics...
