Ahead of Joint Album Drop, Junoflo & G2 Come out Swinging in New Single - "OUTLAWZ"

Rappers Junoflo and G2 team up once again in new single "OUTLAWZ." The two dropped their hard hitting track on July 9, with lyrics like "I'll take a loss as a learned lesson. I'll be a boss till I turn to ashes." The drop comes ahead of their joint album release, possibly later this month. Check out the visual for their "OUTLAWZ" collaboration below.

A wild Battle of the Bands (Simmons College vs. Kentucky State) during this year's Roots and Heritage festival parade in Lexington

Bigger crowds for the 2024 Roots and Heritage Parade and Battle of the Bands in Lexington, Kentucky. The parade started earlier than usual, at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, September 7, but still hundreds of people lined the streets to see local organizations along with Bryan Station High school, Central High School, Simmons College of Kentucky and Kentucky State University march down the road. The Parade on Saturday began on Fourth Street and Elm Tree Lane, turned right onto ML King, right onto Fifth Street, right onto Race Street, right onto Third Street and ended on Elm Tree Lane The parade was followed by a wild and exciting Battle of the Bands and band performances. It was held outside the historic Lyric Theatre on East Third Street and Elm Tree Lane. The festival started with an African American marketplace on Friday and wrapped with a gospel celebration on Sunday. Check out the parade and bands below.

Korean-American hip-hop and R&B artist Jay Park, dropped his 4th full album "Everything You Wanted," online on October 19. It includes 19 songs, including "Feature," a sexy bedroom talk track featuring the seductive voice of AOMG producer and long time friend Cha Cha Malone. Jay Park sings on it "this is going to be your favorite song," and it just might be. The album shows Park's vocal range as an R&B artist, and is easy listening for anyone in love, or who wants to be loved, but might make those who are lonely, feel heart-broken. Park also released the official music video for “Drive,” a track on the album, with producer Gray, which stars Bora from Sistar, and looks like it was shot from a resort location. New Album Drop: SKULL - "SAJAH" with "YE YE YE YO" MV (feat. SUPERBEE)

South Korean reggae artist SKULL, has released a new album titled "SAJAH." The LP dropped on June 14, along with a music video for one of its tracks --"YE YE YE YO" (featuring SUPERBEE). The visual shows scenes from Kingston, Jamaica and Seoul, South Korea. SKULL had also previously released another visual for the album - Fosho on June 7th, (featuring KOONTA, MION and VIGORMAN).

Australian singer William Singe is bringing the heat and heartbreak in a new single and visual titled-- "Love You Like Me." The alt-R&B track hit streaming sites on September 6. Jay Park Performs English Version of "Yacht" For "24 Hours of Reality"

Jay Park has premiered the full English version of his song "Yacht." The singer performed it for the first time on Dec. 5, on former U.S. Vice President Al Gore's "24 Hours of Reality." The program streams live every year scientists, business leaders and celebrities talking about "the climate crisis." This is the second year, for Jay Park to lend his voice and talent to the program. Park also introduced one of the singers from his label, H1GHR MUSIC, Phe Reds, who performed his sweet song "Smile." Drake Praises Dumbfoundead in "Bad Rap" (Now on Netflix)

Before artist and battle rapper Dumbfoundead released his hot "We Might Die" album, or dropped the popular music videos for the tracks 'SAFE' and 'Harambe,' and the catchy but freaky visual for 'Water,' Dumbfoundead was sitting down with producer and director Salima Koroma and co-producer Jaeki Cho for a documentary with three of his friends called "Bad Rap." It premiered last year at the 2016 Tribeca Film Festival, but was just recently uploaded on Netflix. The documentary walks us through the journey he and fellow Asian-American artists Awkwafina, Lyricks and Rekstizzy were on, to break into the larger American hip-hop scene, as they navigated through the waters of culture appropriation (from the African-American community) and originality. Dumbfoundead has been known for his battle rap skills for a long time. In the film we get to re-experience his epic comeback battle (after a break) against Conceited (from Wild 'n Out)
