It's "Now or Never" for Coi Leray with New EP & MV for the track "Do Better"


Singer Coi Leray delivers a mixed bag of hip-hop, smooth melodies and island beats in her new EP "Now or Never." The project includes features from Gunna, Sevyn Streeter, Kiana Ledé and Fetty Wap. The mini-album dropped on August 14 with an official music video for her inspirational song "Do Better," which has her rapping about reaching for more in life, during a game of flag football. Kpop group ENHYPEN earns new fans with American television "Loose" debut performance on Jimmy Kimmel Live

On the night of Thursday, April 10, South Korean boy band ENHYPEN hit the stage on ABC's  Jimmy Kimmel Live with body rolls and screaming young kpop fans in the studio audience, as they performed their new English language single "Loose," for their American television debut. The performance left an impression on the television viewing audience across the country, with at least one viewer calling into an ABC local news station in Kentucky well after midnight, inquiring about the name of the group.  The excited viewer asked the morning show news producer who picked up the phone, questions about where to find information about ENHYPEN, and where exactly the group was from.  After the producer explained the kpop genre to the viewer, and shared information on how to find the performance on the Jimmy Kimmel Live YouTube channel, the caller then encouraged the producer to watch the performance herself, in which she later did, thus becoming a new fan of the group as well. ...

Jay Park to drop new R&B album in October

Singer Jay Park has announced on social media his plans to release a new R&B album next month. The Seattle to Seoul artist says the project will be out on October 8th, his first in eight years. His previous R&B album "Everything You Wanted" dropped on October 20, 2016. On his recent social media post, Park also joked about deleting his Instagram Account and said there will be a tour in 2025. He deleted his previous IG account in 2022. South Korean rapper Coogie drops new single as contract with AOMG expires

South Korean artist Coogie dropped his new single "1,2,3,4,5" on January 23, 2025--the same day record label AOMG announced its exclusive contract with the rapper had come to an end. Coogie signed with AOMG in 2022.  He was previously signed under hip-hop label ATMseoul. He became known for his sing-song melodic rap style after participating in the South Korean rap competition series Show Me The Money 777 in 2018.  The translation to AOMG's post on X reads... "Hello, this is AOMG. We would like to inform you that Coogie's exclusive contract has ended on January 23, 2025. South by Southwest has just announced 500 additional showcasing artists for their 2018 music festival, including a handful of popular hip-hop and R&B artists from South Korea. A sweet R&B track from South Korean singer Nason. The artist dropped his second official single titled "In Your Dreams," featuring Rheehab on December 1st, under Dynasty Muzik. ISLAND VIBES: Grooving to Ir Sais' new "Dream Girl" Remix & MV featuring Rauw Alejandro

The original track was already intoxicating. Now singer Ir Sais is back with a "Dream Girl" Remix featuring Puerto Rican singer/rapper Rauw Alejandro, who is known for his dancing, as well as his vocals. Ir Sais hails from Bonaire and the Dominican Republic. His new remix for "Dream Girl" dropped on December 6th. It includes a virtual reality visual, of the two artists making colorful moves with beautiful women. The music video, according to Sais on social media, was shot in Curaçao. Check it out below. Fans still have questions about ECÂF after the release of Ruel's new single & MV - "Face To Face"

Vietnamese Rapper Suboi - Drops MV for Summer Anthem "N-SAO?"

Suboi is now known as Vietnam's queen of hip-hop, after becoming the first successful female Vietnamese rapper in her country. On August 2nd, she released the official music video on the 88rising YouTube channel, for her latest track, "N-SAO?"  On it, the 28-year-old artist spits bars over a club beat. Suboi has been making music since 2007. Her last EP, "2.7," dropped in October of 2017.  In 2016, she freestyled for former U.S. President Barack Obama during his visit to Vietnam. Her new song, in Vietnamese (with English subtitles on the visual), is a summer anthem about empowerment.  Check out the music video down below.

NEW MV: Jae Min Bang (a.mond) - "Me In" featuring Chancellor (A groovy track from the fictional 'Top Management' group S.O.U.L)

Jae Min Bang, aka a.mond from South Korean hip-hop crew KIFF CLAN and label AMOEBA CULTURE, has dropped a new smokey visual. The music video for "Me In," featuring R&B singer Chancellor, hit the 1theK YouTube channel on November 9th, as part of the soundtrack for the YouTube Premium subscription Original series  Top Management . The groovy track is produced by AOMG's GRAY. The song is from Top Management' s fictional kpop group S.O.U.L and their self-titled debut mini-album, which is currently available on most music platforms. Check out the new video below.

Mural of Rapper Dumbfoundead Vandalized

The iconic mural of rapper Dumbfoundead painted on the side of Catalina Liquor in Koreatown in Los Angeles, has been vandalized-- that's according to a social media post from the artist. A picture of the vandalism, shows letters spray painted across it. On July 16th, Dumbfoundead thanked painter Joseph Yun Lee and Catalina Liquor on Instagram for "wanting to keep the mural up as long as they did."  The mural was originally painted for the rapper's 2016 music video "Murals," a visual off his "We Might Die" album. Last year, he tweeted that he was getting a least one tagged photo a day from fans who had taken a picture in front of it. Dumbfoundead is now asking fans to send pictures or videos they had taken in front of the mural to muralsforever@gmail.com or tag him, so he can use the images in a video.
