Throwing out beats from Japan, DJ HASEBE released the visual for his new single - "Midnight Dreamin," on February 26 on YouTube. It features the melodic vocals and flow of rapper SALU and singer SIRUP. The jazzy hip-hop track can also be found on DJ HASEBE's Tokyo Neo 90s Groove playlist on Spotify. Move over orange, pink is now the new black. South Korean rapper Ja Mezz, from Grandline Entertainment, dropped a fun and colorful visual on November 14th, to go with his new trilingual (English, Korean and Japanese) track; "Pink is the New Black," featuring Japanese rapper SALU. The music video begins with a piano sample of The Pink Panther theme song, and then shows Ja Mezz with pink dreads, as the private detective, who spits braggadocious lyrics about fashion and trends, but also touches on politics.
