Singer Jessie Reyez released an animated visual for her song "INTRUDERS" on June 19. The track is from her "Before Love Came To Kill Us" deluxe album, which hit streaming sites in March. In the music video for "INTRUDERS," there's a strong message about colonialism, and Reyez is drawn in animation as a warrior who loves, and fights to protect her land, symbolized as a beautiful giant man. On Instagram she captioned: "Colonialism is in the mitochondria of racism. INTRUDERS." According to Reyez, streaming revenue for "INTRUDERS" will be donated to Colin Kaepernick’s Know Your Rights Camp for the remainder of the year. Check out the new video below. "I FOUND YOU, CLEARED LAND PUT DOWN MY FLAG THIS IS MINE FROM NOW ON WHEN I SEE INTRUDERS I LOAD UP MY WEAPONS AND FIRE MY CANNONS I WROTE YOUR NAME EVERYWHERE FOR ALL EYES TO SEE YOU’RE BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL I SEE THEM STARE BUT YOU BELONG TO ME" ...
