Jay Park shows his softer side in new EP "Nothing Matters" & "All Day (Flex)" MV

Jay Park is back with softer melodies. His new 5-track EP "Nothing Matters" hit streaming sites on July 2nd, with a visual for his track "All Day (Flex)" featuring HAON and YUMDDA. Producers on the mini-album, with lyrics mostly in Korean, include OkayJJack, Ugly Duck, Cha Cha Malone and Slom. New Music Drop: Infinite Flow (I.F) with a smooth "Flow Forever" EP

With a mix of old school sounds and traditional jazz, hip-hop duo Infinite Flow (I.F) dropped their latest EP "Flow Forever" on May 12. The laid-back chill mini-album includes six tracks of new music and previous releases. You can find the EP on streaming sites, as well as on South Korean label BRANDNEW MUSIC's YouTube channel. The duo debuted in 2002. For their 2019 comeback, BIZNIZ and Nuck team up with the likes of VMC CEO Deepflow and neo-soul artist Horim.  A stand out on the EP is the song "OPENING CEREMONY," featuring rapper Verbal Jint, MC Meta, and AOMG's Loco. The track was previously released as a single back in April of 2018. Rapper PUNCHNELLO is more than "Ordinary." in new EP and "Blue Hawaii" MV distributed by AOMG

South Korean artist PUNCHNELLO's style of rap is by no way ordinary, but that's the title of his new mini-album. The rapper's EP "Ordinary." dropped on January 28 through hip-hop label AOMG. According to  10 Asia, PUNCHNELLO recently signed a contract with AOMG for music and distribution. South Korean producer JuniorChef also recently signed a contract for the same type of distribution agreement. PUNCHNELLO (from the crew Club Eskimo) is known for his fast and sharp delivery , who can also slow it down with emotional flow . He mixes it up on the new EP "Ordinary," which features artists Crush and PENOMECO on the 0channel produced title-track "Blue Hawaii."  The song includes an animated official music video (with subtitles), which also rolled out on January 28th. New Music: PENOMECO works through a difficult time in the making of his latest EP - "Garden"

It was an emotional roller coaster for South Korean R&B/hip-hop artist PENOMECO during the making of his latest mini-album, "Garden." That's according to a translation of his Dec. 20 Instagram post. His new EP was released hours before, on music platforms, along with a music video. On the Instagram caption (translated into English by @pnmcorea on Twitter ), he wrote... Heavy on bass and electric guitars, and khip-hop talent, H1GHR MUSIC producer WOOGIE went big for his second EP, "Rewind My Tape, Pt . 2." The mini-album, with its rock, blues and jazz infusion, dropped on Dec. 16. It features one of his bosses- H1GHR MUSIC co-CEO, Jay Park on two hot tracks. Also featured on the EP are Ugly Duck, pH-1, PUNCHNELLO, Byung Un, Kim Dokyoon and R&B singer and labelmate G.Soul. G.Soul has been away from the music scene since December 2017, when he enlisted in the South Korean military. The blues track he's featured on, "CALL MY NAME," includes his soulful vocals, and an official music video, focused on a dancer, after a SWAT team is called in. New Music: DUMMIE gets deep - in new EP - "CAFE BLEU"

DUMMIE (also known as Dumbfoundead, aka Jonathan Park), has been on the hip-hop scene in the U.S. for more than a decade. Known for his battle rap skills, the Argentine-born Korean-American rapper dropped his latest project, "CAFE BLEU," on November 2nd. The EP shows the depth of the Los Angeles artist. He's been around. A veteran in the game, whose reflective lyrics on the mini album connect with fans dealing with the ups and downs of life. Beginning with the first track, "CAFE BLEU THEME," a place to go when you're feeling broken down, to "WASHED," where he feels his age. Dancing to MRSHLL's new "Alien Issa" EP mixtape

A six-track dance mixtape from (South Korean label) Feel Ghood Music's soulful singer MRSHLL. "Alien Issa" dropped on October 31, just in time for Halloween. MRSHLL, who is openly gay, wrote on Instagram that this EP is for "those of us in the margins, those of us who feel like we don't belong, the in-betweeners... an alien impersonating what society had boxed us into... to survive." The Korean-American artist also wrote... Song of The Day: Kiana Ledé - "Take It All"

Showing her vocal range as an R&B artist, singer Kiana Ledé released "Take It All" on July 13, as one of seven songs on her new EP "Selfless." "Take It All" stands out on the mini album. The mostly acoustic track connects on an emotional level of maturity, which makes it today's Song of The Day. The 21-year-old artist has been active since she was a child, after winning a  Kidz Bop's Kidz Star USA talent competition in 2011. She's also an actress, and has played Zoe Vaughn on the MTV horror series Scream . Listen to her song "Take It All" below, along with other great tracks on her new EP "Selfless."

NEW MUSIC DROP: Jarv Dee Releases "Safe Travels" EP After New MV "100"

Seattle melodic rapper Jarv Dee dropped his new seven track EP "Safe Travels" on July 27. A visual for one of its tracks, "100," featuring Kris Kasanova, was released the day before on YouTube. Other collaborations on the mini album include his H1GHR MUSIC labelmate Sik-K (from the previously released track " Foreign Xchange "), as well as H1GHR MUSIC co-CEO Jay Park on two of his songs ("Playing" and "Moorning"). NEW ALBUM DROP: Ted Park - "Zeus" - The EP

"Bops for the rest of your summer." That's what H1GHR MUSIC artist Ted Park teased in a tweet, ahead of the release of his new mini album, "Zeus."  The EP dropped on July 9, on digital platforms, and includes five songs. The first track "Shake," includes a tropical/Caribbean beat. For some fans, they got a live performance of it, from the melodic singer/rapper, during the H1GHR MUSIC tour earlier this year. The second track, "We Gonn See," features H1GHR MUSIC co-CEO Jay Park, and with its synth infused sounds, includes the lyrics, "I'm the one that can give you yellow fever." For the third song, Ted Park's title track "Zeus," dropped as a reggae inspired single with a music video , on July 2. New Music Drop: Mila J - "June 2018" - EP

R&B singer Mila J, has dropped her latest monthly EP.  She's been releasing a new project every month since the beginning of the year. The latest one, "June 2018," includes five tracks; "I See You Lookin," "Without You," "Somehow Someway," "Crash," and "Did This to Myself," (feat. MIGH-X). The tracks, each on a smooth beat, follow the ups and downs of relationships. You can find the new release on digital platforms here , and a preview from Apple Music below. Mila J's birth name is Jamila Chilombo, and the Los Angeles native is of black, Japanese, and Native American descent. She's the older sister of R&B singer Jhéne Aiko, and has been active on and off in the music industry since the 90s, with her appearance (as a little girl) in Prince's "Diamond and Pearls" video in 1991. Rapper Keith Ape to drop his first EP this Summer with 88rising

His rise to fame came with the controversial trap track "It G Ma," (feat. JayAllDay, Loota, Okasian and Kohh). Formerly from Hi-Lite Records, South Korean rapper Keith Ape, has announced that his first EP will be dropping in August with 88rising. The Cohort (crew) member, former viral sensation, is now back on social media, after deleting his posts in 2017. On June 23, 2018, he tweeted on Twitter and posted on Instagram, the announcement about the August release, and also shared a picture taken with Nas and A$AP Ferg at the Valentino SS19 Fashion Show in Paris, France. Per media reports, Rapper Nas was one of Keith Ape's inspirations for getting into the rap game years ago (with the 20th-anniversary re-release of "Illmatic"), and he's worked with A$AP Ferg in the past, for the remix of "It G Ma," which the original version, was controversial when it dropped back in 2015, because of its likeness to OG Maco's "U Guessed It....
