KHip-Hop Tours/Concerts Happening Soon in 2022

Fans of South Korean hip-hop will soon have a chance to see their favorite artists on stage. More than two years after the coronavirus pandemic put live in-person performances on hold, now with declining cases globally, artists are once again preparing to go on tour.  That includes Khip-hop rapper, Hi-Lite Records founder Paloalto, as well as AOMG artists YUGYEOM, Woo, Coogie, Sogumm, DeVita and DJ Wegun. In addition, Kpop mega stars BTS are also preparing for a mini- Las Vegas residency.  ( Part 2: Hip-hop and R&B Concerts/Tours Happening Soon in 2022 (summer, fall, winter) ) Rapper Paloalto kicks off the Khip-hop tour season. His U.S. tour begins March 10 in New York. YUGYEOM Grooves with Jay Park and Punchnello in Official Live Clip for "Love The Way"

Harmonizing with smooth R&B vocals, new AOMG artist YUGYEOM has released the latest visual off his first solo EP. The GOT7 singer dropped the official live clip for "Love The Way," featuring AOMG CEO Jay Park and rapper Punchnello on June 23. The Cha Cha Malone produced track is off YUGYEOM's "Point Of View: U" EP, which hit streaming sites on June 17. The singer and Park previously teased "Love The Way" on Instagram in February with a few dance moves, after officially announcing that YUGYEOM had signed to the label.   YUGYEOM has also released visuals promoting other songs from the new EP, including the official videos for "All Your Fault," featuring GRAY and "I Want U Around," featuring DeVita. He's also been hitting the stage for various music shows and live performances since the rollout of the project.

Ahead of the release of his first solo EP under AOMG-- "Point Of View: U" on June 17, GOT7 singer YUGYEOM dropped a single from it-- "I Want U Around," featuring DeVita, with an official music video on June 11. The song was produced by longtime AOMG hit maker GRAY. YUGYEOM signed to the hip-hop label (founded by Jay Park) earlier this year, after leaving JYP Entertainment with his band members in January. On June 11, his song "I Want U Around" entered the Worldwide iTunes Song Chart at number one. It also hit the real-time Genie Music chart, ranked at number one before the chart freezing time for the South Korean music site.  Meanwhile, the music video on YouTube, now has more than a million views, after surpassing 250,000 views within one hour of release and 900,000 views in 19 hours. H1GHR MUSIC's New Artist GOT7's JAY B To Drop New Single "Switch It Up" Soon

South Korean based hip-hop and R&B label H1GHR MUSIC publicly welcomed GOT7's leader JAY B to the family on May 11, less than a week after dropping a teaser visual with reaction from H1GHR MUSIC members about a new artist on the way. With the official announcement, the label also revealed JAY B will be dropping a new single on May 14. Label co-founder Jay Park, giving fans a possible preview on his Instagram, after sharing a video of the two singing his song "All I Wanna Do" for a few seconds before transitioning for a few seconds to possibly the new single titled "Switch It Up." During an Instagram Live with Park and band member Yugyeom, JAY B promoted his new song, which was produced by H1GHR MUSIC co-founder Cha Cha Malone. YUGYEOM Shows Off his Dance Moves after Signing to Jay Park's label AOMG

It's official, GOT7's Kim Yugyeom is the latest artist to sign to Jay Park's first label AOMG. The announcement was made at midnight, KST, on February 19. As the newest member of the hip-hop and R&B label, YUGYEOM joins veteran singers, rappers and producers such as Loco, Gray, Simon Dominic, Hoody and Code Kunst, as well as newer artists Woo Won-jae, Sogumm, Punchnello, DeVita and Lee Hi. Jay Park founded AOMG in 2013. YUGYEOM's move to AOMG follows his departure from JYP Entertainment. He and his fellow GOT7 boy band members, who debuted in 2014, left JYP in January, after their contract with the entertainment company expired. YUGYEOM is now the second artist to leave JYP to work under Jay Park. Singer G.Soul left the company in 2017 to sign with Park's second label H1GHR MUSIC.
