Concert Watch: AOMG - Simon Dominic, ELO and DJ Pumkin to hit the stage in London this December

AOMG is returning to London. Concert promoter, Cult of Ya, is bringing Simon Dominic, ELO and DJ Pumkin to Indigo at the O2 . The artists will hit the stage on December 2nd. Simon D dropped his studio album, "Darkroom: Roommates Only," back in June, before stepping down as the co-CEO of AOMG in July. ELO is following the success of his "GRADATION" volume 1, 2, 3 and 4 releases. The Cult of Ya brought Jay Park, Sik-K, Hoody and DJ Wegun to London last December, and had Gray, Loco, Woo Won Jae and DJ Pumkin in July.   To see Simon Dominic, ELO and DJ Pumkin this December;  O2 Priority Presale is Wednesday, September 19. Simon Dominic Steps Down as co-CEO of AOMG

Rapper Simon Dominic has resigned as co-CEO of AOMG, a South Korean hip-hop label he ran with founder Jay Park. Fans first became aware of the move, when Simon D released a surprise live performance video of a new track on July 25, titled "Me No Jay Park." The video of him on the mic, on AOMG's YouTube channel, contains English subtitles with the lyrics that say..."I'm writing a resignation letter and this song is it," and "I'mma release the stocks to AOMG first up," "(DJ) Pumkin go meet up with CJ so there's no problems," "But you gotta step up as CEO and pull me down as an employee." According to online magazine Soompi, after the release of the video, AOMG released an official statement confirming Simon Dominic's resignation, but it also says the rapper is not leaving the label. In the 'Behind The Scene' video for the song "Demolition Man," uploaded to the AOMG YouTube channel, AOMG co-CEO, Simon Dominic, says he had been going through a hard time for a while, but working on that track was a "healing time" for him.  You can never feel my pain. The powerful song, "Demolition Man," featuring Kim Jong-Seo, ends on a jazzy note, and is a track on the new studio album, "Darkroom: Roommates Only," which hit online streaming platforms in a surprise move for fans, on June 15. The album is the first for the artist in three years, since the release of the hip-hop EP "Won & Only" in 2015.  This new work of art, is mellow and groovy. NEW VIDEO DROP: AOMG - "Upside Down" - Jay Park, Simon Dominic, Loco & GRAY & their Inspirational Message

Positive vibes to inspire a generation. The message from AOMG's Jay Park, Simon Dominic, Loco and GRAY for their new hip-hop song "Upside Down" is for people to "push behind negative thoughts," and "flip it upside down." The four artists dropped their new music video and single on May 1st. It's a collaboration with Cass Beer. The visual spirals the images of the four artists upside down during the video. It was directed by Sing J. Lee, who also directed Migos' "Stir Fry" music video. According to a Wikitree interview, (transcribed on Twitter by @theJ_Effect ), GRAY said the song's message is to "turn negative thoughts, preconceptions, and prejudices over and think positively." Simon D said he "wrote in the lyrics that people feel a lot of pressure before doing something. So think that nobody is seeing you, and ignore all those expectations about you and you won't have any burdens and it will be fine....

NEW MUSIC ON THE WAY: Ted Park & Jay Park - "Hands In The Air" - (Release Update)

(Update 04/25/18)  H1GHR MUSIC artist Ted Park says there is a delay in the release of "Hands In The Air" with Jay Park. New Music On The Way: AOMG - Jay Park, Simon Dominic, Gray and Loco

A surprise announcement from hip-hop label AOMG.  On Saturday, April 14, the label (based in Korea) shared a post on Instagram with a silhouette image of four guys in a dark place that read "Here we got Jay Park, Simon Dominic, Gray and Loco shooting a music video. Please stay tuned for collaboration work from our artists." There were two pictures. One upright, and the other upside down.  To add to the AOMG announcement, rapper Loco posted on Instagram, an upside down picture of himself from a set with a caption that says Tuesday, May 1st. Producer/Singer/Rapper Gray has also posted a picture from a set on his Instagram that also reads Tuesday, May 1st. Based on a tweet from the fanbase Jay Park Network on Twitter,  the collaboration could be called "Turn It Over/Upside Down." Dumbfoundead's BORN CTZN Launch Party

Apparently the launch party for rapper Dumbfoundead's collective new label BORN CTZN, was pretty lit, with all of the top hip-hop stars in South Korea. It all went down on June 1st, 2017 at Club Octagon in Seoul, but highlights from the party, were just uploaded on September 28, on the BORN CTZN YouTube Page . The event had appearances from Dumbfoundead (showcasing his "FOREIGNER" EP release), as well as Year of the OX, Jay Park, Far East Movement, Jessi, SIMON Dominic, G2, G.Soul, Loopy, Nafla, JustThis, Young West, Microdot, BRLLNT, Ugly Duck, DJ Benjamin, Rekstizzy and more. Another U.S. Tour in the Works for AOMG

                                                                            It was a big night for announcements at the Show Me The Money 5 concert stop in Chicago on September 3, 2016. While on stage with BewhY and Gray, AOMG Co-CEO Simon Dominic, said they are planning another AOMG tour in the U.S. for sometime next year. Earlier in the evening, close to when SMTM season 5 winner BewhY first hit the stage, BewhY talked about his dreams for the future.
